The most pathetic service I have ever experinced . after having retired and 1 month later i still have not received my pension payout that should have been transferred to Old mutual Wealth. call centers make promises to call you back their managers and empty promises ! i have bills to pay but they just dont care . Email after complaint 5 days ago This is what the client complained about: Pathetic service I have retired from my company Duferco steel processing at end of July . Funds were requested to be paid in full to old mutual wealth .The person handling my case is Joh-nay Wessels .Every time I call the call center she is never available. Today at 14h46 I called again and spoke to Eugene .He said he would give her the message to call me she never did . I again called to speak to the supervisor Anele Tofile what said he would call me back in 20 minutes . It's now been 2 hours still no call . I have bills to pay and don't have money to pay them .MomentumFundsAtWork Email Acknowledgement; still no response .
really not good to deal with poor communication and just dont answer calls or make promises to call back but never do . still waiting for our pool cover since ordered 14 april 75% paid but still no cover . how they stay in business beats me . i have given him until 22 nd to supply the cover or refund my deposit .
FNB allow debit orders to be deducted from your account without authorization . I find it totally un acceptable that a banking institution can allow a debit order to be deducted from you account without it being authorized . my Id was stolen by a person who opened a NEDBANK account using my details . 15 july 2021 a debicheck was done on my account which i declined . 27 august 2021 a debit order was approved by FNB on my account after i sent them emails to say the first debicheck was fraud now they deduct without my authorization . Nedbank have now also lost 19k due to them not doing anything about me reporting the fraud . I am constantly being harassed by the Nedbank with phone calls and registered letters . FNB still cannot tell me how the debit order went off my account without my authorization . i really feel sorry for those people who dont have smart phones and the elderly it will be so easy for money to be stolen from their accounts without them knowing . The banks dont provide enough security for them. Pathetic but the are quick to charge you bank charges .
on the 15 july nedbank tried to submit a debit order from my fnb account . on 28 august they managed to deduct money form my fnb account which i managed to reverse . it appears someone has stolen my Id and has managed to open an Checque account and a Amex card using my details . i have had numerous emails for them and their fraud department since July but the account remains open they keep harrasing me for payment for an account i do not have . i have managed to get the cell phone number of the person who has opened the account MTN 0633754865 is his her number but they dont answer . i have reported to the police and the banking obudsman and am still waiting for an answer . its been almost 6 months and have had no joy from nedbank . i would like to know when you open an account is there no form of Fica that should be done ? i find it very hard to believe that a bank like this can allow this to take place and they still issue a credit card to this fraudulent person and they dont investigate to contact the SAPS sad state of affairs
on 28 december i had a break in at my residence . i have been dealing with adt for a few years now with an alarm system fitted by ADT. I requested the to come and give me a quote to fit additional security beams to my home . 30th dec i received a quote R2391.62 which i signed and paid for . I was told that they would be in touch with me to arrange for fitting of the beams . Tecnician arrived on 13 jan 2021 2 hrs later than agreed and i was subsequently told that the person who issued the quote had failed to inform the technical staff that trunking had to be done and thus they could not fit the beams . Subsequently i have not heard from ADT and i requested a refund for work which they could not do and i have purchased additional security cameras and fitted addition burglar bars to my windows . when i call them on 0861212300 all they say is they will escalate my querie but nothing happens . I am really fed up with this pathetic service
