I purchased a pre owned Honda Ballade from Ford in 2024. At first vetting the car it seemed like a good purchase. However, I found out that car screen that controls the radio, reverse camera's and some other technological features is not standard of the car. This was not disclosed to me and I suspect the salesman had no idea of this either. Fast forward to a year later I contact Ford Tygervalley and with little effort from their side they arranged for another partner of theirs to look at this system, however, that partner has now disconnected my radio and not solved the issues with that screen. I am still unable turn off some warning lights of my car that are a false warning and I cannot use my car's eco mode nor the radio. It is difficult to work with them as they do not return your calls or show any enthusiasm in assisting their clients. I advise anyone reading this to not proceed with this dealership as post deal they are not helpful.
I have been with Afrihost for 4 years. I have never had any connectivity or billing issues and when there is an issue with the fiber lines or maintenance in my area, Afrihost always has an update on the client zone site to inform their clients about issues experienced in the area. A really great ISP!
My phone has been in for repairs twice by platinum repairs. Their team is effective in their service and very helpful. Their administrative team is also very pleasant to deal with and update you on every step of the process. Thank you!
<div>I have claimed for damages in my vehicle in the beginning of November 2024. Naked has still not arranged for a panelbeater to repair my vehicle and confirmed a booking date. The team consisting of+++ and+++ (Team Lead) do not prioritize your claim or follow up with panelbeaters. They simply do not care about their clients or their needs. It is a disgusting to have to be forced to work with them on this knowing that they put no effort in whatsoever.</div>
I had claim on the app for my vehicle. The process to submit my claim and the agent, Jennika, that assisted me was helpful and polite in the beginning. However, two weeks following my claim being approved the team at Naked have failed to find a suitable vendor to service my vehicles repairs. After I expressed confusion and politely express my disappointment to Jennika about the delay in this process she became unresponsive and used rude terms in her responses. Additionally the assessor, Lesego, who is responsible for finding a vendor to repair my vehicle was not successful in finding one as he kept on calling me and some vendors back and forth changing plans and misleading myself and the vendors. A vendor eventually called me and expressed that I should not have my vehicle repaired and that the process to repair would be extremely delayed. The team at Naked and their vendors that they used to service damages for claims clearly have a communication issue that impact their clients claim time causing confusion and frustration. I would not use Naked to handle claims for vehicles as they clearly do not have the experience in the market to manage them, even though their app works well.
I cancelled my account with Netstar in January 2024. I received confirmation of my account being terminated and sent proof of payment of the final payment settling the account. Netstar has continued to bill my bank account. I have reached out to their legal team and others however, they are not willing to assist. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They have the worst customer experience and their poor internal account management is a disaster. I would not recommend any client doing busy with them.
Pick n Pay asap app is horrible. The payment system doesn't work when loading a card and the voucher discounts codes don't work. It's a useless app and a waste of time
I have tried telephonically calling this business and I get no answer. I have completed their online contact form and their get in touch form. A WhatsApp representative eventually reached out to me asking for details and after responding quickly, I have not heard from them since. Poor to no response time.
Pick n Pay Tygervalley is selling meat that has gone off. I bought R300 worth of red meat and poultry to braai on the day bought. Although the sell by date was set for a few days after purchase, the meat smelt too off to braai and eat and had to throw it all out.
Neovision is backwards in their customer service. The set the definition of a business that over promises and under delivers. Despite being the most "cost effective" optometrist and lenses provider, they seem to offset their pricing advantage with their customer service. Lenses that I have ordered have been delayed twice over a 2 week period on the promised expectation of their arrival. I understand that third parties are also at fault but this is something that should be taken into consideration when managing customer expectations. Either set the right expectation or change your third party providers.
