I had sold an item online, where the buyer was required to make an immediate EFT payment. Unfortunately, I was presented with what later proved to be a *****ulent proof of payment. The buyer also insisted on using Aremex Couriers, which I arranged through PostNet Meyerton. Throughout this uncertain situation, Lucille remained in constant communication with me, ensuring that my parcel would not be released until I personally confirmed that all was in order. I just could not understand my high electricity usage... With the Pre-paid units being so expensive I could not cope anymore. I initially called Gert for my Geyser which needed a new element with I replaced less than a month ago by another service provider - I could not understand why I had to keep on replacing the geysers Element the whole time. Gert then told me that the thermostat was not working and was causing the elements to burn out. I then asked him about my high electricity usage - because I have a large solar system installed - He looked at the settings and picked up numerous issues with the settings. He fixed it and now I am feeling the savings because the previous Solar company who did the installation was obviously clueless! Order placed online: 18:15. Order accepted: 18:16. Order delivered: 19:25. Why offer a delivery service if your business cannot deliver? That's why you do not offer any other method to pay... like C O.D or card on delivery, because if you did I would have cancelled my order!!!
Order online from KFC, wait for KFC Meyerton to deliver your food which you have paid for at 17:49 and at 19:40 your food has not been delivered!!!!????? I have had two previous encounters where things I ordered was short. Absolutely Shocking. I call the call Centre because they do not give you the store number and nothing gets done. They say the will call you back..... But nothing?????? I ended up collecting the order myself!!!!!!
Pick n Pay, Golfpark, Meyerton. Shocking customer service. The management of this store has a major attitude problem. They are unfriendly, unwilling to help you and never smile or great you. When you ask them something the are eager to get out of the situation than to try and help you. It is as if you are doing them a favour shopping at the store. I would rather drive 100kms than shop at Golfpark Pick n Ay in Meyerton. Get off your high horses Management.
The Administration department of this business has some serious issues. As one OD ADTs contractors they are giving ADT a bad name! Instead of signing with React Alarms go directly to ADT it's cheaper and you will get better service.
My Fibre has been off since Saturday 23rd January 2021 today is 27th January 2021 and my issue has yet to be resolved. I am beyond angry. Everyday I call and I'm told me Service Reference has been assigned to a tehnician but they do not know when he will come out to resolve my issue!???? Vodacom uses contract technicians they do not have their technicians. So who really controls this??? From my point of view nobody....... Just sell the product..... There after you cannot complain about the service because there is no service!!!!!! Vodacom you really let me down and I have been a customer for many years!!!!!! I am very Dissapointed to say the least!!!!!
