I had a problem obtaining an invoice from a healthcare facility I visited inwhich they repeatedly provided me incorrect information on the multiple times, I had contacted them over 20 times within 3 weeks and was extremely disappointed with the healthcare facility. I truly appreciate the Oneplan team who assisted me even though the amount was small, they remained supportive and intervened with the healthcare facility on my behalf which brought a huge relief on myside in obtaining the required documents with relevant information and reimbur*****t was processed. Thank you for your support and commitment to your clients.
I purchased a forty winks dreamer mattress only for R4200..... This mattress is super soft which i like.. It feels like your sleeping on jelly ... It will be good for kids or a single adult under 70kg.. .... Won't recommend for couples unless they like to feel every sway or bounce...it gives me water bed vibes...would of been better if it had just a little more spring support instead of sink support... (mattress is 4 days old) If you are a first time buyer at Dial-a - bed You would need to know this..... You purchase your bed / mattress etc.. Minimum 30 day sleep trial..... You have to purchase a mattress protector for R600 to qualify for an exchange of mattress after 30 days only............ If you within 7 days, no exchange or refunds... Returned mattress only...... You will pay for steam cleaning R400+- You will pay for delivery.... . You will also pay the difference amount of the new mattress you choose.... Hope this helps others

We have 6 units with cartrack, 2 units have not been working from the time of installation which is over 3 months now, about 5 technicians came through and couldnt repair this units as it shows on the app it is not moving... I have also called cartrack numerous times to install a device on new vehicle which it's now 2 weeks and no one has contacted for fitment on the new vehicle or repair on the other 2 vehicles..... When I have asked to cancel they gave me a hefty pro-rata cancellation amount and I am with cartrack for about 4 months now.... I am so tired of calling and speaking to new representatives who don't assist me at all up until today I am still calling everyday to be assisted... This is extremely poor and pathetic service, these are business vehicles that the units are installed and this is unexceptable...... Long as cartrack sign u up for 2/3 years they don't care about what u are paying for or if the units are working, in the event of a car jacking what report will car track have to show the insurance company as the units are not working.... I have spoken to sherazade from jhb and Renata from pinetown branch...... I have communicated with them numerous times and yet they have not yet assisted in this matter. my user name is FERS0004.... CONTACT ME AND SORT THIS OUT I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND THIS UNITS ARE ON MY BUSINESS VEHICLES.
1st for women is actually last for women I had a problem with my geyser on Tuesday, element replacement.... It is now Saturday and it has not been replaced... Numerous calls, 3 plumber call outs used... Gosh how pathetic is this.... I will have to look into switching to another insurer...
Ordered a product online.. After numerous calls I got in contact with someone to assist she told me that I had to wait months because they don't do my area which is Durban...i suggest a courier service had to pay more for delivery and when I received the product it was damaged...it had a 2 way sticker on one side on the unit.. The rubber was loose and different parts of the structure was loose .. When I asked to see a picture of the product before it was sent I was told it was already wrapped.... Now I'm sitting with a damaged TV stand that I paid in upfront, paid more for delivery than the net calculated.. And they refuse to assist me saying the courier service is not liable and she did not send a damaged stand...
Terrible service from vusi in the mortuary department, he was very aggressive and unpolite upon assisting me to release my late dad's body, he does not posses qualities of his position or a human being ., I also know there has been alot of complains about him and I wonder how government can continue to allow a person so unfit and insensitive in this position. (mortuary department).. Change is needed in this hospital every second week there is something to read about in the newspaper,... ... Disgusting!
South African post office does not answer calls, international packages are difficult to retrieve from South African post offices, poor assistance, poor trading... Who agrees with this?
Wazoodle fabrics Purchased a fabric from Wazoodle fabrics which is American based purchased through USPS United States postal services, this product was delivered to a South African post office and not to my residential address, I have no contact information or trace of package, no assistance from Wazoodle fabrics either, I won't recommend them
Booked sibaya lodge, x2 double bed unit, staff refused to provide x2 extra bedding as each individual wanted our own duvet as personal safety precautions due to covid, only x1single duvet was given with unpoliteness, even thou the lodge was not at 100% occupancy, I am sure one more duvet would have not erupted the safety levels of duvets or washing liquids... Well hey I guess this particular hotel is not trying to save the tourism industry after all... Sad.. It's wild coast sun for myself and my family next time as they don't wave off customer requests.
