Very bad service, they broke my bag and they failing to replace it
Today I have received the worst service ever from Toyota, my vehicle has been from the dealership from 6h30 til now it's not ready
Very horrible service at Suzuki in centurion in Old Johannesburg road. I was number 4 on da line only got my vehicle at 15h30. I was called to come collect my car and waited for 30mins.Those people don't care about other people, they just like people to camp at their offices. They don't put their customers first
I requested to be called back by Thobile, she never bothered and I called for da second time, I spoke to Andrew and he never called me either.
The service is very bad, I called twice to get a qoute for my new vehicle, firstly I spoke to the lady by da name of Phumi n second spoke to Andrew, did all the checks as required and ask them to call me back and I was told they need to read a consent script. No one contacted me. Nothing ever get done at old mutual without a complain and fight. I'm considering moving my insurance elsewhere because you very useless
I had the worse day at the Lister building. Where by you get at da doctor very early but u Wil spend 5hrs with out seeing a doctor. It fills like a public hospital now. You have a medical aid and it makes no difference
I don't like the service I'm getting from old Mutual, you increase my premium and I call the call center and no one is helping me, I called at 10am Spoke to Katlego from Retention, she was supposed to send me a qoute for my vehicle only till now I have not heard anything from her. Then I call back now spoke to Arina she pauses the line till I got disconnected. If you can't help me please cancel my policy

I have had a bad experience with this insurance, it's been 2 months now without a vehicle. Service provider keeps moving dates.
I'm so tired of waiting for the Old Mutual insurer to authourise my claim for the fender and hinges. Service provider has called to inform me that it has not been authorized. How long is it gonna take for u guys to authourise them because my vehicle has been damaged from the 17th of December. Please advise if I should take my business elsewhere. And let me know if you dnt want to authourise and stop debiting my account if that's the case
