I'm writing again to express my disappointment with my damaged wedding ring, which I purchased from your store. I lodged a complain and I was told to take the ring to the nearest store and I did so. The ring was booked in for assessment and I received a quotation with a large amount of money almost the same as the price I paid for this ring.
I lodged a complain about my damaged ring and I did not get any response/feedback about my query. I am honestly expecting someone to talk to me.
I have a Complain about a damaged wedding ring which has been worn for only 2 years.
I lost my lovely people but atleast got a better assistance and service from the panel beater you referred me to. Polokwane autoR. Cleo was very helpful and very friendly,and all the team and management. Thank you.
A very very dissatisfied customer I received from Bopedi branch after loosing my husband and my son when I wanted to closer their accounts. They took back and forth. I am even thinking of closing my own account with them
Bopedi shopping complex Apel Sekhukhune has the most horrible staff. Those people are so unprofessional when coming to serving and delivering the orders..They do not even call out order numbers ,you will be lucky if you know someone working there because you do not have to wait in-order to receive your order but will get it instantly while strangers wait. We ask for professionalism please.
Good day.. I would like to rate Polokwane mall of the North Spur as one of the spur’s with the most poor service. In 10times that I have been there I only received a good service and good food maybe 4times out of 10. Starting from the kitchen,the slow waiters which hardly checks on their customers. I love spur with my family but surely we will end up not going there anymore cause always,if it’s not that wrong prepared order it’s a waiter for is just giving bad service. But thanks to management for always listening and fixing our problems.
I was travelling with my husband and kids in durban and we had a slow puncture and went to supa quick ballito to get our tyre fixed. The manager,Mr Abdul if not mistaken gave us a very warm welcome. We relaxed as they were fixing our tyre and felt safe and at home,away from home. Thank you supa quick for having such a professional work environment and the best customer service. Supa quick will always be our go to..in terms of our car needs. thank you.
I would like to rate a service previously received from budget insurance due to an accident claim. It took them 30days to approve a claim which was very stressful and depressing..I was very hopeless and already gave up when they called,and that was after I have called to check for an update. Honestly you guys can do better than keeping a client in the dark for 30days..other than that I am a happy client and satisfied with the service I have always received from them.
I ordered a meal at Garlito’s library gardens and it was a sit in. When the food was delivered to my table I indulged ,while eating a water came to my table and told me that the side that I’m eating is not mine and another customer’s so I need to pay for that salad cash immediately because it’s a wrong order. I lost my appetite same time and wondered how is that my problem and immediately swiped that wrong order and left then in peace. I was very disappointed.
