I am disappointed at how the nurses are mistreating patients. It is even worse when the hospital management and government ignores the community's cry for help. We took my dad to the Provincial hospital on the 9th of December 2025, at 09:30 in the morning, we only received assistance by the 10th of December at 03:00am. My dad has been complaining about their treatment towards patients and we got to experience it today. My dad has short breaths and other patients confirmed that they had been screaming for help for an hour, but no one came to assist my dad. We had to call them from their desks, to come and assist him with oxygen which was not well connected yet they failed to do their jobs. The manner in which they speak to patients is heartbreaking. Leaving your loved one the hospital is creating constant worry and anxiety. I absolutely hate that hospital, it's very unfortunate that we can't afford private health care
I am disgusted by the way discovery bank is handling my ***** case. There is no sense of urgency, consideration or open communication. Every time I make a follow up, I am told different stories by different consultants. At nonpoint was I informed that investigations can take up to 21 working days, I was only informed today, after I was informed that I would receive feedback yesterday the 18th of November 2025. The card was blocked, and I was issued with a new one, the very same day I activated the new card, money was withdrawn
Target Pathology Lab is the worst ever. The Dr ordered tests on Tuesday the 13th of February 2024. Some results are back but not my prolactin results Same thing happened in 2023 and I never received my results. They have the audacity to claim for the test. I have had bad experience with the lab from 2019. Rather stick to Anpath and Lancet
I took a deposit cover with ABSA insurance. The deposit was for my car, which has now been written off. The agreement was that in the event that the car is written off, I will get my full deposit back. After putting in the claim, I was given a letter to sign for only R 23 000.00 instead of R 60 000.00. The consultant Raymond Musana said I took out shortfall insurance of which the recording provided by them proved to be false. Apparently the matter is now with management. I don't understand what do they still need to discuss when proof has been provided . I am disgusted by the very poor service, just to finally be put through to claims department took 2 days of calling non stop.
Earl was very helpful, gave updates and was willing to assist everytime I needed clarity. My claiming experience was smooth and I am happy with the outcome

I ordered hair on the website on the 15th of November and there was communication on the website that the hair was shipped via pep paxi on the 23rd, there is no record of the tracking number on the pep paxi system. I reached out to the whatsapp number provided and the lady has dismally failed to give me any answer as to where my hair is. Their service is very poor, hence they switched off the comments on their fb page. They are poor in communication and putting our worries at ease
I placed an order on Mr delivery app, the order did not go through but my money did. Now they say they never received it. They are useless, and not tried to assist. Now I lost my money for nothing
It is sad how vodacom constantly make their customers look like fools. They have vodacom shake offf, but no one ever wins anything until the prizes expire. Once you are left with 1 puzzle then all of a sudden they keep giving you the same puzzle you have already revealed. They should stop it and stop lying to us, they are a scam!!!!!!!!!
