I visited the Richmond branch near milnerton to basically compare a car to what was being offered by a larger retailer next door. The representative (Esmeralda) greeted me and despite knowing I was there to compare, convinced me to look at the finer details of the cars being offered. Once I Dug deeper - I was convinced by the getWorth team to go with their offering. Full disclosure and transparency beats a cheap offering
This company does everything to deny liability and not honour their warranty. Their supplier indicates a communication error btw inverter and battery - and they responsible for installation - caused battery to overcharge. They claim can’t be responsible as inverter settings can be changed by anyone with access. With many providers - I would look elsewhere for a supplier
Went to the istore in mall of Africa to do a contract upgrade on a mtn contract. 3 hours later, waiting for a system to close an order, after credit approval given. In this digital age this is shockingly poor / next time avoid the istore for upgrades
I reported my car stole. At 14:30. At 23:30 I have not had one update from discovery on the status. Really poor customer experience.
Nothing Cool about this service. No connectivity since 16 March 9am. Communication and updates are poor to non existent. When do get a response - it’s waiting for Metro Fibre. Poor poor service
No connectivity since 16 March. Between MFN and Cool Ideas - communication is terrible. All I hear from cool ideas is we are waiting for metro fibre!!!
We have had no fibre connectivity since 16 March 2023 just after 9am. Call logged - feedback is ETA 24 hours to 5 Days. In todays world and work from home this is just pathetic and customer experience about resolution just as poor. I suggest considering another fibre suppliers
Membership cancellation After have a poor experience with trying to cancel membership I got in contact with my local branch manager and once completed the necessary forms, cancellation was confirmed - am still waiting refund
Almost impossible to cancel a debit order. Operator indicated system down and must phone back. Unacceptable and doubt will back date
