Unacceptable Customer Service

I have lodged a claim with the insurance at the beginning of October 2025, I was responded on the 07th October 2025 by Vuyile who claimed that my insurance for the device cannot be located and on the 8th October 2025 I responded to her with the policy number of the device in question but to this date I haven't received any correspondence from the insurer. I am very disappointed with the company mainly because I have insured four of my devices with Admin plus and their service it totally unacceptable, i am even considering to get a new reliable insurance.

Excellent service

I had the best experience of my life with my friends on my birthday on the 15th August 2021at the facility. We bought two woman's month packages that included makeup and photoshoot. I really loved the services offered. Thank you Ms Ingrid the consultant, Mr photographer Dave, The make up artist, and the spa the****** dintle and others at the Pretoria branch for making my day so special. Big ups to your friendly staff,tidy facility and your excellent service. Il definitely recommend you to anybody #Win

Failure to comply

I had a booking at Hilton Hotel with booking.com last year on the 22 April 2020 to the 24 April 2020 and unfortunately due to covid restrictions the booking was cancelled by the property or booking.com because i just ŕecieved an email that the booking is canceled and the money will be kept by the property. Taking in consideration that the property had my money i booked again this year at the same property but later that day I was told the booking is cancelled due to property being closed. To this day I've been requesting a refund and am taken from pillar to post, am honestly disgusted and disappointed by their service

Excellent customer service

I've recently ordered a gift from gift lady and I was impressed by the excellent customer service I recieved from Bianca. The company ensured that any changes with regard to the gift were communicated prior. Ones again thank so much for the excellent customer service I'll definitely order again soon

Happy customer

I had my first two orders on the 09/03/2021 to be delivered today,am just so impressed with the service because both recipients are happy and I also released that what you see on website is what you get. Thank you for helping me send some love to my loved ones without any hustles.

Shakeoff 2020

Vodacom shakeoff 2020 is such a scam, with all my puzzles am left with one piece to compete my puzzles and whenever I shakeoff I get the same piece of puzzle, am just so disappointed with vodacom I just wonder if people really win
