I renewed my car license via eNatis and they used skynetworldwide to deliver the disc. I received no phone call confirming the delivery date or time. I received and sms that my package would be delivered at the address (which was my work address) at 18:00 on a Saturday night on 29 Sept 2024. I struggled to get through to them on the phone. They did nott answer emails or the whatsapp number. When tracking the package it showed it was out for delivery on 28 Sept 2024 at 17:57:07) Eventually after much frustration they answered my email and I was told at 14:23 on Monday that the package would be delivered Monday (30 Sept 2024) before 17:00. I only work till 16:00. I am waiting at work but there is no package. I had no problems last year. I will need to find another way to renew my license next year because of skynetworldwide's bad service.
The first KP consultant realised that I was trying to reduce my premium when I removed the car hire. He put me through to a KP financial consultant. The financial consultant reduced my premium with almost R400. That's fantastic and much appreciated!
KP were able to advise me on roadside assistance. Although I cannot get roadside assistance because I am at home, they were very helpful.
Fa schifo. Being Italian myself, it was the worst festival I have been to. The pasta was overcooked and salty. The food was oily. Service was terrible. I will never return.
Wifi went off this morning. Spoke to consultants that tried to help and one told me to reset the router. After setting ppp0e and checking cables, the other consultant said it might be an authentication problem and logged a fault and said someone would phone back but could not say when. Tried phoning telkom a few times afterwards but could not get through and even phoned the D-link no, they were unhelpful. It is 9pm and still no wifi connection. I was on leave today and spent almost the entire day trying to get the wifi to work. Ref no 62912070
I booked a flight yesterday,19 April 2021, and need to cancel it. I sent two emails and a WhatsApp and am getting no response. On the WhatsApp after selecting option 2 for cancelations, I received the message "please wait while I transfer your chat to one of our agents". Still waiting for a response...
I paid my car off and I am trying to get the registration papers from Wesbank. It has been 15 working days and I have not received the registration papers from Wesbank even though their emails stated that I had to wait 10 to 14 working days after a payment of R350. I do not know when I will be receiving my registration papers. I have not had this issue before and received my registration papers immediately from other financial institutions. This is how the correspondence went: First the customer service sends me an email stating a documentation pack will be couriered to me so I can change the ownership to my name at the license department. I reply with my address and contact details immediately. Then customer service sends an email me stating that "Due to the challenges our clients are experiencing with some licensing departments not accepting the banks Representative NCO documents, WesBank has decided to assist our clients with the Legal ownership change process. The following is required to act on your behalf: • R350.00 transfer fee" I pay the R350 immediately and wait 13 working days where I then send email again asking when I am going to receive my registration papers. I receive a reply stating "Kindly note that the matter has been escalated, we will revert with a tracking number" The next day I receive an email from customer service again where all our previous correspondence had conveniently been removed stating "Kindly note the documents has been requested. Please expect a delay with the delivery / preparation of their Natis documents, because of a reduced workforce to help curb the spread of the Covid-19 virus. And I received a reference number.
Nqobile Sithole was very friendly and helpful at the call centre. It was a pleasure chatting with her.
