We ordered a Good Life Meal for 2 which said 4 pieces of hake - medium rice and medium chips and two small coleslaw and small calamari strips priced at R177-90. When the delivery arrived we only had two pieces of fish and immediately phoned the branch and was told no just two because it is big pieces. Nowhere on the ad does it say anything about substituting for two bigger. We had two guests that did not get their fish because we only got 2. I phoned the manager about twenty times and had no joy. Not even from the query line. So overall I got really bad service and was not happy. This to me is false advertising and such terms and conditions should be shown if that's what they do. Staff should also be told to make this change known to customers. Fish aways has lost a good frequent customer now. This matter should be addressed
Why is Fedhealth allowing The National Health Department to charge people on their med scheme for the Covid Vacine that's us supposed to be free. Fedhealth should be rejecting the claim and not taking pensioners money. Maybe I smell a rat here
I am so fed up with the pinetown municipality. A number of complaints have been registered against a premises in Russell Street that is running a trucking business illegally in a residential area on a premises zoned for offices only. The municipality turn a blind eye. No one answers their phones to follow up. Residents cannot live with open windows as the trucks are idled and reved and serviced. The fumes are killing us and we cannot get anything done. There are no proper work shops and all the diesel and oil is spilled on the ground and then washed into the river that borders the property. The exit from the property is in a dangerous part of the road and I can see it will take someone being killed before something is done. Pinetown municipality need to step up to the plate. Our town is the filthiest and most crime ridden town in KZN. I am ashamed to say I live in Pinetown. I therefore give them a zero rating because they do nothing
Today 20th of February 2021 I went to The Ink drop in St John's Checkers centre. The opening time of the store is 9am. We stood waiting outside for the store to open. The employee of the store arrived at 8.58am and went into the store closing the door behind her. We stood by the door waiting for her to open as it was 9am. She walked out the door and closed it. We asked her why she was not opening only to be told it opens at 9 which it already was 9am. She walked off into checkers with her card in hand and went to do her business while 2 customers were waiting. Well the store lost out on over R2000 for HP cartridges. I was most annoyed. She blatantly just ignored us and walked off. I tried phoning Samantha the store manager but she does not work Saturdays. I will most definitely not be supporting this shop anymore.
I just want t put it out there that it is almost impossible to reach a Fedhealth agent on a call or whatsapp. My father who is a member has been trying since 8am today being 4/2/2021. It is now 2pm and still no joy. The whatsapp just tells you everyine is busy and you must go through the whole set up again until you reach someone. He us a pensioner and has wasted all his airtime trying to just talk to someone. He erroneously put the wrong scheme down thinking he was on the same as he had last year now he cannot rectify it. He can now only go to a hospital in Berea or Ladysmith. None of these are hospitals where his specialist is. They are very quick to bill you after a doctor's visit but o boy try get to speak to someone. That's impossible. It's easier to fly to the moon. So right now I definitely would not recomenned Fedhealth to anyone who is looking for a good Medical Aid.
