We have paid required amount on the 20th and have send proof of payment an requested closure letter but even now they have ignored our email, really the level of low service we getting from Vox is so heartbreaking VOX19646438, Can we get proof of closed account
We have been trying to close this account since 14 December, I have reported this here 4 times already an no respond, Vox19646438, we returned their cameras still sealed from 2020 on Tuesday an I made follow up they ignored 2 of emails, can get a way forward on how this will be resolved because this is tiring, this company is very unprofessional.
We have laid complain whole of last week, cameras not collected yet,we have send several emails since Wednesday without any respond, we being ignored, we getting threatening messages an have been trying to close this account since December, this is the 4th complain here an matter still not resolved, this company is pathetic, useless an regret the day we joined it, Vox19646438, can this matter be solved or I'm now gona include legal because I'm tired of this
We have been struggling with closing this account since last year December, service number :VOX19646438, We busy getting threatening messages of being handed over to legal but we got confirmation email the account will be closed by the 31st January an the equipment will be collected which was not done. This company has given very disgusting service since an we regret the day we joined it. How do u get threatening messages but your service is poor, we have to go here to get attention because our emails are ignored, request for cancellation was already send last year already but poor bad service.

We have laid a complain last month November on the 5th. Contract which was 12 months for 2020 an was suppose to have been cancelled already an it was not they kept deducting funds. Contract stipulates 12 months an there's no were were it says rental an we being told its rental which is not on the contract. On the 14th December a lady called my dad who is the owner of the contract an she specified we should write cancellation letter an I did same day an it was not cancelled. It's the 27th today an no confirmation recieved for the cancellation. Will we be told that we should wait another 30 days notice for cancellation again were as the mistake is on your side. Should we include legal before our things are sorted. Cancellation letter was already send on the 14th December an not cancelled yet all you know is busy sending us monthly statements. I have placed an order last week Wednesday and I have send several emails making follow up on my order an no respond was recieved. I have not recieved my order until today an that was a dress I required for an even today,the least was atleast communicate when will I receive my order.
