No interest in repairing my line, consultant says they doing maintenance is the new excuse for lack of service. Maintenance was 6 days and ended on Monday. We only 3 in the area with no internet! Terrible service, fibre is unreliable and I will go back to rain. Fast and reliable
Can I sue vumatel to pay my bills? My Fibre has been on and off for weeks now and I work on line. I can't pay my bills due to them not responding to faults and yesterday for the first time in ages my Fibre has been working. My neighbor has been down for days. 2 technicians came to our box, there she has been restored but now I was down? How does that work.. clearly sabotage my line and I reported immediately and now 24 hours later still no one. Missing yet another on line meeting got 3 for today so guess what my job will end my contract. I have all the proof of my emails about line down and about yesterday, I have camera proof. Fibre is the worst!!!!
I have sent email after email... the whatsapp no doesnt work, i even phoned their offices today. the lady took my info and said they will phone me back shortly. I am officially being ignored now. yes they are great to get you to sign up, no customer service afterwards. this after the bank informed me that they are cancelling debt review due to non payment. 5 months and no payment was made. finally made a payment to the bank but they paid short. you state, the first 2 months u take the money..... 5 months you kept the money? and now i get ignored for wanting answers, but u fast to debit my account... the contract works both ways
Please i beg of you, do not go onto debt review.... They are lying to you... the only person making money is them, they do not care about helping you. I made the biggest mistake of my life!! They told me the first 2 months they take the money for legal fees... that is a lie!! they have not paid my accounts in 5 months!! i have sent 4 emails, and they are ignoring me... i was never behind one payment, now im behind... constant phone calls.. the bank even sent me a letter to say they are cancelling my debt review due to non payment in 5 months.. yet they sent me a statement showing they are paying my accounts, and its not true!! if they do this to everyone imagine the amount of money they are making from interest, this whole thing is a lie
Galaxy bingo in Butterworth is the worst place I have ever been too!!! Twice now I've gone in there and the heater is on, it's 30 degrees outside and it's more then 35 in there. 2onths apart and still they say the aircon is not working.NO!!! You have it on heat!!! They never have food items, you can't even order a basic cheese griller basket. The lady at the service counter is so rude!! Shocking shocking service. I so regret spending R27 for a 300ml cool drinking just to walk out there
I am beyond frustrated.... i opened up a service request on the 22 August just to be told someone had gone and closed it. My fibre goes down 7-8 hrs a day, this past saturday i was left without fibre for 11hrs. I have requested everyday since August for Vumatel to come out and sort it out. My broadban keeps flashing red and then i have to deal with this long period of down time. This has been the reason i can not work from home and missed many meetings due to Vodacom and Vumatel. I phoned again on Monday 13 September and Stacey Lee Maroen again told me they will let me know when this "guy" from Vumatel can come and sort it out. As i told her, no one seems to be able to find this one "guy" and surely there is more then just one person. She gave me her email address and promised that i would have a time and day on that Monday.. I have sent 2 emails since and she is ignoring my request, i still have no idea when my fibre will be sorted. Service request no SR210907-037327 SORT THIS OUT!!! I am now done waiting!!! the worst service i have ever received
Terrible service from Absa, i emailed them twice with no response. I went to the branch in Vincent east london, i was told she would get back to me the same day and a week later, still nothing. I even emailed to ask for feedback, still no response. I have been banking with them for 23 years, and never experience service like this from them... Now i understand why, so many people are moving away from Absa
I paid my account in 2019. I recently discovered that im still listed as owing money. I contacted MBD to request my paid up letter so i can forward this as my proof. The customer care centre is giving all these different phone no... not one is being anwered or some just straight to voice mail. I have emailed and still no response. Strange how they can hound you, but yet give you the run around when you need documentation, due to them not recording it as paid in the first place.... Attorneys hey???? never had any proper dealings with them..

After struggling for weeks to get my Telkom viber to be released, they final released it and i contacted Themba after 16:00 by 16:10 i had an order no and the next morning at 06:00 i was surpriced to see i finally had internet :) Well done, your service was outstanding
I had fibre installed in my home via Vumatel and Telkom to be my ISP. Telkom went and cancelled my tin no instead of activating it. No one could just provide me with a new tin so that we can get my line up and going. I approached Vodacom and within days received my new router and they were ready to activate. We were then told by Vumatel that Telkom needs to release my line. I have made endless calls, no one at telkom can help me. I Have sent Vumatel escalation department emails, no reply. Everyone i speak to keeps telling me that they have sent the request to Vumatel, Vumatel tells me there is no request. I need internet on my property and Telkom is holding me up for almost 2 months now. I need answers and i need this line to be released!! Telkom train your staff, they dont know what is happening there
