I'm so disappointed with the service I'm receiving from MTN I ported from Telkom to MTN on the 15th of December, till this day I'm still not receiving non-MTN SMSs. I've called their customer service multiple times, was told to google what to do. I've went to 2 of their stores and still no help, the stores don't have technicians. I'm so frustrated, my life is stuck and everyone is just clueless. MTN store at the Standard Bank centre in Pretoria is ******* and the one in Brooklyn mall, they are just clueless. Porting to this network provider was tha biggest mistake of my life
I logged a return request on the 6th of February 2025 and it’s been a month now, I haven’t received my refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but this time around, I’ve decided I’m not gonna be buying from them anymore.
I was so disappointed with the facilities. What made me book with them is the outdoor pool and the beachview advertised on booking.com but the only pool that was there was dirty and treated like a storeroom for pool furniture. The furniture was covered in dust and stacked. The request I had made upon booking for the beds to be separated was not granted. I had to request on arrival again. The cleaners do not change the towels. They don’t make the bed nicely. The rooms are cold and the heating system is not user friendly. There are no slippers and night gowns. The water pressure is low. I’m just so disappointed because this is not what I expected. The place has no value for money.
I bought some items on the 5th of June 2024 from Woolworths online. On the 12th, the courier company updated on their website that they delivered the item at 07:00am. I contacted Woolworths to let them know that I didn’t receive my product and after investigating, I was told that the truck with my product was hijacked. I asked for a refund but they have since been giving me the run around, refusing to refund me. It’s so frustrating and I will never buy anything from them anymore.
I’m highly disappointed with Afrihost service. They are really playing games with my money🚮. It’s the second time now and I curse the day I decided to sign up for their stupid internet
I am very disappointed with their service, their call centre agents are very rude, their charges are too high for the kind of poor service they are rendering and they have delayed my delivery. They have ruined my daughter's birthday party.
I was a resident at City Propert flats,Station Place for a period 2020 January 10 - 2021/ 2021 January 05. When I moved out, I forfeited my deposit because I moved out before the 31st of January 2021. I notified the office that I am moving out on the 5th of December 2020 and I never a letter stipulating what should be done when I move out. When I moved, I cleaned everywhere in my unit but did not collect the rubbish and put in the bin and I did not leave behind the key. Now they are charging me R600.00 for throwing the rubbish in the bin and R300.00 for the key.
