I cancelled my policy in October, had to call a million times to receive a cancellation letter for that, which I only received in November 1st, but as of today B3 still deducts my money, which I constantly have to call and my call gets ignored, at one time Mpho Nene told me they last received my payment in September, but in my payslip they never stopped deducting, and when I call B3 they tell me it’s not their responsibility to cancel policy at my employer, in their computer my policy doesn’t exist! So my money just goes into thin air??????? ****mers and so unprofessional that when I cancel I must struggle and locate my employer HR to cancel a policy that they initiated with my HR upon signing of the policy! Someone help, B3 no longer takes my calls

I called your number that’s available online 0861223224 and it’s not even working, as it f my frustrations aren’t enough. I called your 010 number and I updated my number on Wednesday, when a consultant told me I’ll receive my package the following day and will receive an sms and a phone call upon delivery. Today, I had to call three times to be held on the phone and the phone just gets dropped and finally when someone attended to me they told me that my item never left the warehouse, it will be delivered on Friday! Without any reason as to why am I not being attended and my parcel is being kept in the warehouse! I’ve never had such a poor and frustrating service from delivery companies!
I have a policy with B3 underwritten by clientele for a 30 000 cover where after filing a claim they paid 20460 instead. This has happened for the second time, earlier this year my brother passed away and I filed for a claim of the same cover and they paid 21000. Please help, I don’t know why they do this

How is it that I was never notified of the changing dates for gems options after I called checking if I can change and I was told that I’ll be sent an sms, which I never received. Now when I call to check if I can change my options I’m told that it’s closed! How come? While I’m still waiting to be notified?
I’m so angry and annoyed by consistent wrong packages by KFC protea point in protea glen.
