mbd attorneys giving me a tough time
this guys are doing their work but my concern is that they are always phoning me on behalf of direct axis .i always explain to them that i am paying my accounts through max laws but they will phone for me again looking for the same information what also worries me is that they always says i must confirm my id numbers or date of birth .as per the popia act i am refusing .please help me to talk to the people to stop phoning me for the same issue

my name is joseph Serakalala id number 7207085509085 i was in an accident and my car was damaged beyond repair.i gave them my story and all the necessary paper work but they refuse to pay off my car even though it is written off.this happened last year September and to add salt to wound, they stopped the insurance because the car is no more ,but as the car is still under absa vehicle finance, the absa team went on an added the insurance on the car,so i do not agree with them because there the is no more car on the road i need your help please i need your help please.

i need your help and your input on all these issues
i have got a serious problem with these guys because they phone for me each and every minute on behalf of direct axis i made the arrangement for the payment with direct axis via max law and i am making the payment as per our agreement. these mbd agents phone me each and everyday willing to know about the payment arrangements .sometimes they harass me and i do not like their style .please talk to the guys that this is not the way of doing business. Actually i do not want to talk to them as i do not know them. I only know direct axis but not mbd attorneys .i am also having a problem with the sabc for the tv licence.i am paying my account but they keep on writing some mails to me .what also worries me is that their account does not go down.it always remain at one place. I need your help please
