I called in to register my son last year August for home schooling and the sales agent who helped me Croydon processed an application for 2025 while I specified that it was an application for 2026 now his manager is giving me the run around about feedback and my child can't get the report for the first term

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Nedbank regarding a transaction from my late husband's estate. Despite being the executor, I've been met with resistance and unhelpfulness when trying to obtain proof of payment for a transaction that was allegedly approved by a Nedbank representative, Nkosindiphile Ntanga. The bank claims the account was under forensic investigation, but I've seen no results or feedback despite ongoing communication with the assigned investigator, Katie Willis-Mampa. What's most frustrating is the lack of transparency and cooperation in providing proof of payment, which I believe is a basic requirement for accountability. I've tried to get clarity on the transaction details, including the amount and approval process, but my requests have fallen on deaf ears. As the executor, I need this information to fulfill my duties, but Nedbank seems more interested in shielding themselves from scrutiny than providing assistance.
