Devorce claim process
I have made a devorce claim but so far nothing is happening, it's almost a month when I call them they give me the same answer, telling me my documents are with legal team, far the whole month hearing one thing.

They fail to retriev...
They fail to retrieve money that I send to wrong number via money mobi wallet, the number is not working and they can see the money is still there but they say they can't reverse it I'm so stressed, now they tell me about term and conditions which they didn't tell me about when they told me about this app, now is my problem, I cant wait for 30 days what if that person withdraw that money, all I need is for them to reverse it, how can u install something and tell me your not allowed to reverse the money, it shows they don't care.

Termination of membership
Iemas said it will escalate my matter I'm still waiting for their response till now, I was hoping by now I should know what's happing but I think they don't want to help.I have sent email but no one want to respond like always, can someone find out whats happening because I have sent my termination of membership via iemas Lephalale and they assured me that they have sent my forms, is it difficult for someone to just make a call to Lephalale iemas to find out if really they have sent it because your people tells me to send it but I told them iemas Lephalale said they have sent them, my employee number is 20001163, I hope this time I'll hear from you with the right answer.

Termination of Membership
Hi I have sent my termination forms of membership to you but no one is willing to help me.On the 25 January 2021 I send my forms via Lephalale Iemas all I wanted to find out is that you have received them and I even sent ceveral emails and called but no one is respondinding.I'm tired of your poor service, it pains me after so many years I was your member but now this is what your doing to me, this is unacceptable.
