This company is also called INNOVATIVE NETWORKS and they are the most shut company ever, you are more without Internet then with internet and the take forever to come and fix it and they never fix on weekends, meaning of your fibre is acting up Friday afternoon l, they will only come fix it Monday or Tuesday and after fixing tworks for only two days again. Also they are lying to they customers and I have proof of them being dishonest, HELLO PETER PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE. this company is ripping us apart.
This is the most **** company ever really once you pay the heavy deposit money they don't give a damn about your safety anymore, There is this one SANGOMA lady who stays at the floor just beneath me and from 22:00 they start making noises and shouting and last night she even racially abused me and my family and morning hours after 00:00 they even came to our door and was trying to to opened it. When I take it up with the staff on site and at head quarters, My complaints just seem to fall on deaf ears as nobody looks like they are even bordered with my situation. I can not even concentrate at work, because I am stressing about the safety of my children and wife. HELLOPETER PLEASE HELP.🙏

HELLOPETER PLEASE HELP US!!!🙏 I have not had any luck with Rain internet service provider, they have deducted money from my bank account and still cut my internet and now I can not use the internet and has paid for it. My wife is studying online and can not do nothing because of the CROOKS called RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS. PLEASE HELLOPETER HELP ME OUT.!!!
THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!! They say that for uncapped data is R479 but when you start using they network it is far more than that because they Deduct that R479 from your account and still suspend your service that very same month and tell you that you owe more like with me it is R195 more and that was after they deducted that R479. Plus when you try and make contact with them, you cannot get hold of them and they reply after days after you email them. BIG PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM RAIN NETWORK, THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER!!!!
PATHETIC COMPANY REALLY!!!!! This is they response when I ask them to upate my credit profile at the BUREAUS GOOD DAY Your request for a bureau update is hereby acknowledged. Due to the data breach which occurred on or around 1st October 2020, we unfortunately can no longer submit manual instructions for Bureau updates. The Nimble Group is working on an Automated process with the Bureaus to comply with their requirement to communicate these updates which is due to go live as soon as possible. To avoid further delay, you can submit your disputes personally by sending an email regarding the nature of your dispute to the respective Bureau’s at the following email addresses. SO EVERY MONTH AFTER PAYING MY ACCOUNT I'M GONNA HAVE TO DISPUTE MY INFORMATION AT THE BUREAU AND THAT PUTS A HOLD ON WHAT YOU WANT TO FOR 20 WORKING DAYS AND STRAIGHT AFTER THAT I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN AND DISPUTE STRAIGHT AFTERWARDS AGAIN. LMAO HOW THE **** DOES THIS PEOPLE EVEN THINK.
Nimble collection service is making empty promises to the consumers. I paid my account on the 23rd of January 2021 but my credit profile has not been updated ever since, So I do not qualify for nothing at this point because of my account shows the bank and other credit providers that I'm 9 months in arrears and of which it is not true. I have really tried to reason with them but my complain and concerns seems to fall on deaf ears because of they poor customer service. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT EVEN SEEM TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE MATTER. Infact all they do every week is to come up with a new excuse.
Very very very poor customer service they take more than 30 days to send my details through to the credit Bureaus after paying my account and when you contact them the blind transfer my calls amongst one another in their contact centre and when I finally got a chance to speak to one of they consultants they have no answers what so ever regarding my question on why my credit profile is not updated till today since 23 January 2021 when I paid R6000 nothing has happened on my credit profile. Very bad client service and have no remorse for the clients.
