I am a South African consumer and adult Instagram user (digital creator name: Leila Jones Real). My first account was banned for allegedly being “underage,” which is incorrect. When I opened a second account, it too was banned permanently. This is unfair, disproportionate, and unjust under the Consumer Protection Act and POPIA. I request a human review and disclosure of the records Meta holds about me. I will be escalating this to the National Consumer Commission and the Information Regulator if no resolution is provided.

I would like to write a review on FNB's Debt review department. I am under debt review since the 28th October 2022. So this means that my debts are distributed through my debt review company. FNB is still debiting one of my products that's also paid through my debt review company. I only receive in incontact notices that this payment was debited, but on my transaction history nor bankstatement it shows up. So because of this my Debt review company has no proof to discuss this problem with FNB's Debt review department. I've opened a case with he Bank Ombusdman, because FNB refuse to discuss this illegal action from their side with me.
I would've given a zero if I could. I'm under debt review since 28th October 2022. I pay my creditors through my Debt review company. So imagine my surprise this morning when the've taken the monthly payment for my revolving loan against my new bank account. It was not debited or a debimandate was not send to me for approval. It doesn't show on my account's transaction history. I've got an incontact message which I can't dispute or reverse, it is illegal to do this and FNB you should know this. Now my refund will take 7 working days, but this is fraud and it did not take seven days to steal that money from my account. I want my refund immediately and all my debit orders stopped from FNB's side, or else the bank omudsman is my next stop.
I had a very pleasant experience with Finfix. Everybody was so friendly and understanding. When I could not produce an important document immideately, they were really patient. They answered every question of mine patiently at the best of their abillity. I will recomend them to anyone. You also get one person appointed to your case and then you communicate with that person only, which is great for consistency. My daughter had an eytest at Specsavers Heiderand mall in Mosselbay on the 30th March 2021. They contacted me on Monday so that they can insert the new lenses in her current glasses. We gave in her glasses, when we came back from there, they broke her glasses, had no sympathy, they gave us the most awful frame as a replacement, but the lenses was to small for the original frame, they cutted it for the size of reading glasses. I am very upset about this, my daughter is very upset. I truly feel that this is unprofessional and unacceptable. They will never ever see me again.
I've submitted a claim to Hollard on the 22nd of January 2021 for mental disability. A lady called me 3 weeks ago giving Feedback that she's bringing my case before a approval comittee. I never heard back from her again, I only have her number and her name and you can't try to phone that number it stays busy all day long, I've asked another contact via e-mail to send her e-mail adress to me, I don't know but either he is dead or ignorant, I just hear nothing back. It's quite pathetic. Can someone reply to me and I will provide all further details.
