Bad hair bad quality false advertising
What a horrible experience. False advertising to lure customers by lying about quality hair. I bought 10 inch a week ago, the hair is coming out. The quality is not what was falsely advertised. They literally give content creators good hair to advertise then sell kaak hair to non-content creators.

Customer service of this company is the best. I love how respectful the workers are towards customers. They treat all customers equally regardless of color or status. And their products are great.

Excellent service
What a spectacular experience I had with GMC. From choosing the car to finance assistance. I had already given up with car financing but GMC helped me out. I applaud them for their beautiful service.

Wrong order and ignorance
I ordered a fine living mirror ×2 upon delivery i received pallet papers that are A3 paper size which is 1 line. Whereas I was supposed to receive 4 lines. I wrote to snatcher that I want to return their pallets they ignoring me.

Scammed by Boxer Hardware
On the 19 December 2020 we lost our Boxer Hardware building material card(we were mugged by thieves, the card was among the cards, ID, Passport that were taken) that we used to deposit money every month. Then on the 20th of December 2020 we went to their branch where we opened the card at Lusikisiki Eastern Cape to report the card stolen and we asked them to close the card since it was stole the previous evening. We asked for a new card and that our balance must be transferred to the new card. However, we received a feedback that they will wait for head office to do so. We followed up every week with no positive feedback. On the 25th of January 2021 after several follow ups we were told that our balance is R16 from +-R5600. And we asked for the transaction report to see where the transaction took place and how much was spent but they never sent that report till to date. Please assist me HelloPeter.
