I had very bad experience with Isuzu service department in Emond Auto they kept my vehicle for 3 months in the service department guessing what is the problem after They change differential on the vehicle under the warranty it did not last me three 3,000 kilometers barely one year. first report from the technician confirmed that the differential was faulty and it needs to be replaced and still under warranty second technician technician confirmed that was faulty and when Isuzu said to them the vehicle longer under the warranty the manager of the service department of service drove the vehicle and he said there is no fault on the vehicle I lost the 3 months Insurance on the vehicle while but the problem still on the differential and almost warranty is out I do not the command Isuzu either Emond Auto for any service to be done on the vehicle or purchase an Isuzu

-10 Not trustworthy poor communication, a month ago I bought a car online when it arrives in Durban, I looked at the picture on the website I can see a parts of the car was stripped and opened it appear that someone was stripping the car and parts were missing, I took the matter to the management and they blamed the carrier company AMR which I did not deal with ,my concern is what if other thing was stripped that we can’t see, therefore I request to cancel the sale and get my refund and Richard the Durban branch manager refuse and said he is replacing a part and I have to take it , auction nation dose not entertain a complain because the money in their account, but I will take legal action against auction nation
I bought a Samsung tablet from vodacom shop in westwood mall on the 31st Jan 21 onth 2nd Feb I returned it to the store they checked the device and they said it is faulty its giving black screen and white lines and they have to book it in for repair and it will take from 2 to 14 working days I asked them for a refund they refused because have to wait until they get the report if it's physical damage or not on the 20th Feb they phoned me to say the divorce repaired and I can take it, I asked them for a refund they said won't refund because it was software and some vodacom activation, the device gave me fault from the second day this is not value for money, I will do what ever it takes to get my money back from this shop the management of shop very arrogant and misleading.
