Daylight *******
Outsurance is a pure *******. My home insurance moved from R670 to R906 in 2024 and now it has increased to R1210,41. Mind you it’s just the building and contents are not covered.

My worst nightmare ever
I handed my car back but they still charged interest even though the car was with them. Also they handed my name to debt collectors without reason. They want to strip the customer of every little penny.

KFC Kloof is the worst of all KFC's
I went to KFC Kloof today. I bought streetwise for 2 and 2 ice creams. The ice cream was not creamy, it was watery and looked like it had ice. I returned it. Little did I know that when I get home I have an even bigger suprise. The wings were dry as if they were made last week, As for the meat pieces... A complete mess, not crispy, raw inside.

Not efficient
Last month I changed my bank account. All other debits were switched except for the Sanlam debit order. Not so long ago I lost my mother and it took Sanlam more than a month to pay. After they have paid, it took them another month to update my policy. They are the worst service provider and they seem to prove it daily.

Worsy florist ever
The worst florist ever. I made an order yesterday and it is still not delivered. If I ask them to cancel they refuse to refund me my money.

Funeral Plan
Worst service provider. Paid out almost a month after I made a claim. Till today my premium has not been updated.
