Excellent Service and Very honest Company to deal with - I have had a pay out that was due to me for a policy that paid out just over a year ago and I had no idea about this until I was contacted by an Old Mutual consultant and was advised to go through to a branch and claim. The process was quick, seamless and efficient, I even ended up taking out a new policy as well because this is the kind of Company I want to associate myself with.
I would give them a negative score if I could - Dishonest, Misleading and a complete Rip-Off. Do not take cover with Outsurance, they are quick to debit but when it is time to claim they Do Not Pay and look for every reason not to and they do not value long standing Customers that they have taken money from. I took our Pet Insurance with them and have paid for months but when the time came to put through a claim I was told that there was a waiting Period even though it was not a Pre-Existing condition and my Pet has always been in excellent Health. I have cancelled my Cover as I definitely do not want to be dealing with a Company that is dishonest and a rip-off.
Worst service and quality ever - do not buy from Rochester Cornubia. High Prices but low quality and extremely low Customer Service. Purchsed a lounge set from Rochester Cornubia for R 30K but within 3 months it deteriorated, they then collected and replaced us with another set of the same product, but yet again, deteriorated within a year. They then collected the set and for more than two months we had been without a lounge set because they refused to refund or allow us to take a completely different product, as we had lost trust in the initial product. They insisted that we had to take the repaired set and eventually they delivered the Repaired set today and the quality on the Repair is horrendous and of extremely inferior quality for a Lounge Set that is supposed to be worth R 30K. With quality and service like this I would be really surprised if this company lasts much longer, the staff are extremely unhelpful ! I am extremely frustrated, disappointed and dissatisfied and would really like to receive a call from one of the Directors so that my issue can be resolved, because for a Lounge set that was priced at R 30K to last just a year is absolutely ridiculous and right now I feel robbed and will never shop at Rochester again and will advise everyone not to shop there either.
Excellent Service by Amelia but terrible experience with Mondo - had to cancel my application after waiting more than a month with no updates.
My experience with Mondo was Horrific and I eventually had to cancel my order, of which I had been receiving no update on for over a month. However, my last interaction was with Amelia and her service was excellent.
Worst company to get hold off, always have to talk to a machine that is of no help .... I made a purchase and did not receive my goods, trying to get a hold of someone to assist but it is impossible .... good strategy on their part though, frustrate you till you give up and they make billions
Terrible Service, worse experience ever and will never purchase from Su Casa Designs again ... bought a lounge set for R12K which only lasted a year and tore all over and when approached the store I was told they cant do anything about it and gave me a contact number for un upholsterer and advised that I should contact them for a price to repair.
Outstanding Service received from Jodi Muller at dotsure, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her .... Excellent customer service received and will definitely be recommending dotsure to pet owners I know.
