I had a very disappointing experience with Renew-it Sandton. My car was involved in an accident, and my insurance arranged for it to be repaired at this branch. I was later informed that my car was ready for collection, but when I arrived, I found that several items were not fixed. The hooter was not working, the car was vibrating, and the radio was no longer working. On my way home, the car started overheating, and I discovered there was a radiator leak. I returned the car, and the radiator was repaired. I was then contacted again by a lady named Vanca to collect the vehicle. However, when I arrived, it was still not ready. The air filter pipes were missing and not fitted, and the hooter was once again not working. Even after these issues were addressed, more problems appeared. The right fog light is not working, the air conditioning only works on one side, the windscreen washer bottle is leaking, the radio is still faulty, and the car continues to vibrate. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Each time I collect the car, new issues arise. The quality of service and attention to detail are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.
I have logged a ticket about my broken wifi cable on 25 August 2025 , It's been 6 days still waiting for technician to come and fix it, But their SLA is 72 hours to fix the problems. Im not getting any feedback or anything, I keep on calling they saying they will attend to me.
I am extremely disappointed with Fastway’s service. The driver delivered my Temu order to someone else without my permission. He only contacted me once with no luck, but when I called back a minute later, he told me he had already left the parcel with security. Firstly I’m currently on leave and not at work—if I had been contacted before the delivery, I would have simply rescheduled it for next week. It is completely unacceptable for a driver to decide who receives my parcel. I should be the one to personally receive and check it. This kind of carelessness is unprofessional and shows a lack of accountability. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer care, the agent was rude and dismissive. She saw nothing wrong with what happened and told me that if the driver collected the parcel back, it would cause delays. Then she hung up on me, which was totally disrespectful. What if my items are missing or damaged? Who will take responsibility? This experience has been frustrating, unreliable, and far below the standard I expect. Fastway needs to seriously improve its delivery process and customer service. Can someone please call me to fix this matter.
I bought a headboard from lewis Bochum , on 26-11-2022 whereby the other part was broken, i went there to make a query last year, April 2023 they promised to come and fix it, or they will replace it and its been months waiting for them to come and fix, i went there last week sunday, the manager promise to sort it out, but still she didn't, its now a year since i.waited for them, what an empty promise. Lewis Bochum i now want my refund, please come collect your headboard and give my money back. You played me enough.
Bad service ever at Yarona debonairs pizza in ebony park kaalfontei ..i order pizza by 17h54 i waited outside busy tracking the driver moses.he never came n i only received message says my order has arrived, your driver never called me....i didnt know you have such a driver, i should have came n collect my order .when i call the driver Moses he said he gave it to someone else.for what reason i dont ...that means moses "ur so callled driver" is a thieve, how can you give my order to someone else....im so disappointed on your service...now my family will sleep without eating because we waited n waited for nothing...bad service ever and not for the first time this happen with the same driver moses....im so disappointed...
