Don't even consider this School!!! DO NOT!!! The worst service at its best!!! No proper communication for its students, no care whatsoever about whether or not you pass or even make it to the exam centre for your exams. As long as you have paid, you do not matter to them.
There's a teller by the name of Connie at the Pep store in Balfour Park, who just ruined my shopping. I came in to laybye some items for my Son, she asked me why my smart ID looks different from others, I told her that's how I know a smart ID looks because that's how I got it from the home affairs. She continued to show her colleagues my ID implying that it wasn't a real one, I kept my cool during all this even though I was offended. This is not the first time I have had bad service from the female tellers in your Balfour Park store, the gentlemen are always eager to assist while the ladies serve with attitude. Please train your staff on customer service and manners.
Great Service from Ntswaki. Unfortunately I don't have her surname. We had a live chat and she assisted me well. She is polite and patient, great to see that there are people who value customers. ♥️
Great service at the Bramley branch. Every time I go shopping there the Staff go overboard. Thank you for showing us that great service exists.
Worst customer service ever!!! Your customer service agent by the name of Nthabi is so rude. Fnb is well aware of this and still refuses to intervene. I have loged formal complaints on all your platforms yet you still haven't attended to the matter. I guess your recording of phone conversations only benefits you!!!
