I placed an order on the 5th of March for it to be delivered on the 6th, order arrived with missing items. The security at my estate have footage and nowhere does it show them opening it. Netflorist refuses to take responsibility or to conduct an internal investigation of their driver Nthabiseng Moremi who has been rude to me since this morning. I believe she must have opened that package.
These people have no telephone etiquette and they still have not credited my wallet like they said they would, instead I am getting calls from *********** people asking me the same thing. This is about an order from last week Friday. A consultant by the name of Minenhle had said that they would credit my wallet and it hadn’t happened till today. Very disappointing.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. The consultants are liars. They say one thing and do another From the likes of Thabile, Jade, Sbongabonke and the rest of them. The technicians never arrive as well, one did come (Adrian) and did nothing and lied and said he fixed the problem. WiFi speed is still low, amongst other issues we’re experiencing. We spoke to Jade on Saturday and she mentioned that a technician would come in the next 24 to 48 hours... it’s Wednesday. Still NOTHING. I am now going to contact the Ombudsman Services because Supersonic does not take people seriously.
