Hopefully is this the last time I had to write a review about this place. The first review I made was that I tried to get a payment plan as my husband lost his job that wasn’t his fault they phoned back and talked to the financial regional manager and organise a payment plan. They still contacted us told us they want the stuff but we pay our lower payment every month. Second time was about communicating with them as they didn’t remove my debit order they emailed me for info that I rep**** to them and till this day no response How can u give a good review to a place like this? No friendly service nothing
Please reconsider when I want to buy on credit with beares. They only want money but when it comes to communication o my word it's a mess. We want to speak to the financial regional manager which we spoke to before. But our messages get ignored.
I phoned beares paarl how many times to try and make a arrangement to pay my bill as my husband lost his job. I didnt stay quiet and decide not to pay no i try to make a arrangement but the current manager doesn't look like he wants my money, as we phone him for the 5th time now and we dont get any answers or phone calls back.
Goodday. We will not advise anyone to shop at beares as they dont know what client service is. We tried called numerous times and no answers emails the same.... Dint know what the use is of having phones or technology. We are waiting almost a month now for a lady to contact us regarding a account and nothing .....
I normally put up a review on lewis but the manager said they have nothing in commen so okay then i will put up the review under beares. My aunt has a account with beares and we took over paying the account. The manager contacted us after alot of fights and the manager said to us that he cant do anything about the mattress falling apart and having bed bugs. Im so disgusted in their service. Please think twice before buying furniture at beares or lewis. We pay alot of money and they just pull up their shoulders..... Disgusting
Lewis stores is one of the worse stores to buy at. My aunt bought 2 beds on account at bears in paarl. They told us bears is under lewis stores. Ok. We purchased a bed paid fully about 4 yrs ago with the same problem. Both the beds my aunt bought matresses fell apart in the first 2 months and now we are sitting with both beds full of bed bugs. I never had a problem with that stuff in my house. We contacted lewis and we are waiting almost a month now for the agent and the agents manager to contact us. They want us to pay for beds that is really up to no good. Im so furious u cant to find anyone who can help u.
I phone the pharmarcy to found out why they didnot deliver it to my home adress but nobody.answer the phone that I can speak to someone.
I just want to know how far my personal loans is that I apply for but every time they tell me they did not received the documents but my son send it to them the 29 June 2021 and he did and ok for it they received it but this morning I phone them and they tell me they did not received the mail so my son send it again and he get a ok for it know I my trying to phone them but not any consultant pick their phones to answer me and phone phone almost five times.
I have 3 contracts with Vodacom and pay my account every month. I told them they must deduct the account at the end of every month. February they felt like deducting the money the 26 @ there was no money in my account. Now they tell me I must pay twice the amount because they coudnt get their money the 26. Im struggling with vodacom for.2 years now. Their service is poor.
