They are money making ****. I left with my car still broken. No service.
Today I received a call where I'm offered a contract renewal/upgrade. A call goes fine until the ponit were the consultant realized that he is not making a sale, he starts being rude lies that I will then pay more as of next month and the reason is because the discount that I got when I signed "does not last forever". During his offer packages he ended up by saying "do you want to receive the data for free?" that was rude. He also **** to say my contract is ending next month positioning it as if it is one of the reasons that from next month I will pay extra. I have the vodacom app all info is available I know my contract is ending on the last day of May. I take lies very serious because he must have **** to a lot of people and made sales out of lies. Him being rude I take that very serious too as I expect professionalism from vodacom staff when they engage with me, even when I turn down their offers I remain a customer that "never make defaults on my contracts repayments". May I be engaged soon with regards to this incident.
Very professional when dealing with their customers, I just submitted a claim for my window. Very quick in their response, they make life easy.
I phoned today wanting to remove one person from my funeral cover. I was told that I must write a letter, sign it and attach my ID copy, what an admin just to a person removed. I ask for a superior to save the day, I'm told they are not available and I'm transferred back to switchboard. What a terrible experience. I just needed to remove one person from my policy.
The delivery guy just left with my parcel at the delivery spot. He explains that he can't come in and drop my parcel because it is important that he doesn't leave his car unattended, he said this is the instruction he took where he works that he shouldn't leave his car not attended. Is this how it works? I am receiving the service for the first time, so please clue me up. What about my parcel that I have waited for patiently? I thought my exact address was requested so my parcel can arrive at that exact address and not at the entrance. Please attended to this as I need my parcel urgently. Thanks.
Home affairs at Dobsonville, we went there to change the surnames of the kids in 2022 February 10. Till today 2023 May it is not done, we went there over 8 times to follow up, but the one and only woman that works there will just punch the ID number and tell us it is not done. I heard that this get done in over 6months and we have now been waiting for a whole year and 3months. I write this to ask for help because I need my kids certificates. Home affairs please help me.

Jet at Eyethu mall in Orange Farm, somebody please fix whatever that is happening there. 2022/07/23, I went there in the afternoon and the waiting was so unnecessary, we just did not understand what exactly was happening on those counters as there was not huge que. A I reached to the counter I started to ask to understand what exactly is the problem as we waited that long to be served, cashier started what can call a venting out, she said "maybe you must put your complaint in writing or go to the website so that they can hear it from you because they cant hear us, as you can see it's just the three of us and after here we must clean the premises. They are not hiring, they say the company does not have money. We go extra hours and there6no overtime" . That touched me so please fix that, however my view is that it did not justify the reason for the lo g waiting because that place was not busy, waiting like that was frustrating, it's one would just drop the items and leave but I need the item so I had to wait, NB infront of me and behind me they were all not happy with that unnecessary waiting. Please fix that stores problems.
Caltex in Dobsonville near Joshco flats, extremely bad service. I went there for petrol, waited till I stood out of my car hoping for attention and the petrol attendant who was free never took a notice of me, he just kept on standing there, till my friend drove the car to him, when I complained that he should have been the one coming to attend me and not just stand there, he defended himself instead saying that I'm ruining his day. As I was demanding that he puts petrol and stop being defensive, he never put it till I called another attendant to take over. That was the most rudeness I received, instead of him owning up, he preferred to be chatting back with me and wasting even more of my time.
