I placed two orders last year one on the 15th another one on the 16th I did not receive both orders till today. I sent an email advising them to cancel both order and refund my money till today I did not receive my money back. 🤮

I book a vehicle on 29 November booking reference number ,WWGP01CE40. I did not receive my holding deposit amount of R15000. When I call woodford they told me that deposit was refunded. R15000 is a big amount. Now I need to hire vehicle I think I much change the service provider otherwise I won't get my money.

Today I bought 2 large triple decker pizza, its on special with 1,5l coke at debonairs waterloo, I did not get my cold drinks cashier told me the is no stock, I ask if I may come and fetch the lady told in bad attitude that the is no need to fetch since its a free cold drinks.

Auction nation rejected my claim for refund. I was communicating with Kagiso via email since August, I sent everything they requested, none of them get back to me about my claim. Today when I ask Kagiso response was claim was rejected by finance department.

I am starting getting worried i place an order, when i call the cell number on the website no unswer. whatsapp massage only automatic response, email no response.
