The most disgusting service I have ever received in my whole life. I took my washing on Saturday to the Victoria branch to be washed and they told me that I can pick up on Saturday at 6pm. I go to pick up and the place is closed, no one in sight. I try calling to no avail. I eventually think to go to their other branch where I had to drive to with my petrol. Luckily I find someone there who tries to call the manager. Manager says she is in a meeting and will come to open for me. I wait and wait until someone comes to drop my clothes, and they are not in the luggage bag I sent them with. I tell them that I need my bag as I do not live in Pietermaritzburg, I live in Durban and need the bag. He says he can’t help. Today I called the manager and no apologies until I show my frustration. I tell her to deliver my bag at home in PMB as I am in Durban and she blatantly said she cannot do that. I now have to find someone to go pick it up using THEIR petrol. Absolutely disgusting! Do not use this service! And it’s the second time I’ve been disappointed. First time they told me my clothes would be ready at a certain time, and when I got there my clothes weren’t ready and they were at ANOTHER branch. Had to drive to that branch where my clothes were still wet. I told them to pack them wet like that because I had to leave. Worst service ever.
The service was excellent. The job was completed promptly. I was kept updated of the progress at all times and felt like I was their only customer. A class stuff 🤌🏽
This is the second review I am writing here and still no one has gotten back from me from MTN. I bought a contract phone from Cornubia 2 weeks ago and I still cannot use it as a contract phone. It is operating as a pay as you go yet the contract I picked has free data and airtime. I don’t wasted my petrol and time AGAIN earlier this week and still got zero assistance. Till today my issue has not been resolved. I need this urgently resolved!!!!!!! The worst service I have ever had!
I went to pick up my new contract cellphone on Wednesday the 11th of October. I did a port and was told to use my old SIM card until it loses signal, then insert the new SIM card. Consultant name is Justin. The SIM card did not work. I could not make calls nor had any data. Next day I went back and was told by Cheney that the new SIM card was not activated. She said I should give it 24 hours. She said to call her today which I did numerous times, no answer. Then I called the landline and asked for the manager. He proceeded to say he will check and call me back. It is now 6pm (their closing time) and I still have not got an answer and I have a phone that I cannot use. I called again numerous times after speaking to the manager and got no answer. I am absolutely disheartened as I am sitting with a phone that I cannot use on a weekend that I am planning a big function. Your staff has proved to be absolutely *********** and they have left a very poor taste in my mouth. I need someone to contact me ASAP! My number is 0765808563.
Once again I have been trying to get assistance from Debt rescue regarding my clearance from the credit bureau and no response from Levonna Jordaan who I sent the e-mail to. No surprises there because the whole process to get cleared has been an absolute nightmare. I started this process and paid everything off in April and 6 months my credit record has still not been updated. It seems like you guys are happy to be in contact when you need to take out money bet thereafter you couldn't careless. This is not the first review I've given about you guys, it seems this is the only way I get the attention I need. I spoke to XDS yesterday and they say you guys have not sent through all the paperwork needed to get a clearance, they never received anything from you. Can someone please contact me urgently to tell me what the hell is going on otherwise I will be writing a review everyday until I get answers. Absolutely appaulled.
In May, I settled all my debt with Debt Rescue and thought since my two creditor account have been settled, the debit order would not come off my account because where is it going? I even filled out the form to exclude my Standard bank home loan because I sold the house and house had been transferred. When the debit order went off I immediately alerted you guys to find out when I would receive my refund (this was beginning of June). What is annoying is I sent the settlement letter for my second account the FNB loan, but you guys still took my money and to this day I haven't received it. I spoke to one of your consultants on Friday and they said yes it shows I was debited but the two creditors returned the funds into your account, why hasn't it been sent to me by you guys? I've been trying to send emails to escalate this matter but I get no responses. I have sent two emails (and a 3rd one this morning), to speak to a Manger but no response. I cannot wait any longer for money. I need a manager to call me.
This is the second review I am writing. Why is it that I cannot cancel my Spotify account? I have watched numerous videos on YouTube explaining how to cancel and I still cannot cancel it and you guys keep taking my money. I am not even using the app anymore because of the annoying ads, skips etc and I do not want to upgrade to Spotify premium. Is this a way of robbing us of our hard earned money? When I go to change plan, I am supposed to be seeing two option which will allow me to cancel yet you guys don't have the option "available plans" and "change plan". So this is how you trap us into paying for nothing? Can someone contact me and assist on how to cancel. My email is linda.zondi1985@gmail.com. Also alarming is the fact that one cannot cancel a subscription on your mobile app which they mention in the YouTube videos, very unsatisfied to say the least.
I need to cancel my subscription. I have been trying for some months now since Spotify has changed for the worse with all the adverts and playing music that I don't have on my playlist, the whole service basically sucks and I am not able to cancel my subscription and your "how can we help you service" is useless. Can someone contact me to cancel it.
Why can I not get through to a consultant with regards to my policy? I follow all the voice prompts, line rings then eventually goes dead and there is just static on the other line. I have been trying all morning, the line just goes dead. I did this three times. What do I need to do to speak to a consultant urgently????
