Never ever use this company!! You will not receive your goods your purchased and they will try and delay everything by saying it will be delivered next week .. then change the goal posts and say the following week. Shocking non service and monies no refund!!! On 17 Aug 2023 placed order online and did immediate payment. Delivery for max 7 working days. Heard nothing .. phoned .. sent emails ..sent whatsapps ... eventually a whatsapp saying my order number was not on order .. ******* it Was!! and delivery delayed another 7 days!! I eventually got so angry at the non service and just messing customer aroound I demanded my money back as I will never in a million years deal with lies and deceit they give!! That refund will only take place every second Friday of the month!!!! That is my money and stop lying to customers .. you don't deliver a service and then you take our money .. Band of ******* has nothing on this company!! I have taken this matter further as no response from them when I enquired about MY monies yesterday on whatsapp ... just ignored my enquiry for R2810 which is due for refund to myself. Taken this matter further and visits will be done on their premises to investigate devious dealings!!

This company comes highly rated!! If ten stars were to be awarded they would have got 10! Absolutely unbelievable service. My husband took his 2022 Fortuner in with extensive repairs to be conducted. Job completed in 4 days! My daughter took her Isuzu in for repairs and exactly 4 days later all work completed. I took my new P Series in for repairs and 4 days later all repairs concluded. Discovery is our insurer and they can be proud to be affiliated to such a professional company being Fred's Auto. We live in Randpark Ridge and travelled to Germiston as their service levels outweigh any other panelbeaters in our area! We had appalling service from Renew It Randburg and will never ever do business with them again! Kudos Fred's Auto you need a gold medal!! Thank you !!
My husband took his vehicle to Fred's Auto in Germiston. Fred's Auto went beyond the call of service .. thank you for the best service ever received in having vehicle repaired : Toyota Fortuner 2022. It took only 3 days to have alot repairs done to vehicle. Left Fender replaced brand new Entire Left Bumper Front Repaired Entire Left side mirror replaced Entire bonnet completely repaired You deserve gold medals for your service ... WOW!! Truly unbelievable. Thank you After receiving the worst service ever from Renew It Randburg with my daughters Isuzu bakkie please never hesitate to use Fred's Auto.
Nicole Crewe – Shocking service received from Renew-It Randburg My car was booked in for the 4 January 2023 For repairs. The following transpired: • 3 Jan I called and asked if they had received the parts to fix my car and was advised by Nadia that they had received the parts. • 4 Jan took vehicle in for full inspection and left my vehicle with Renew It and was advised that repairs should take 7 – 10 days. • 6 Jan I received a call stating that the parts that were supposedly there on the 4 Jan, have only been ordered today. • 12 Jan, still no news and the assessors advised me to have my other damages assed as there were 2 separate incidents. I was advised that if the parts were not there by the 13th, I must come collect my car. • 13 Jan the light arrived. • 18 Jan I received a message saying they still awaiting parts. I phoned them and they said it was only the bumper they were waiting for. • 20 Jan I phoned, as I still hadn’t heard back and was told repairs had started. • 26 Jan I was advised car is ready for collection. When I arrived to fetch my car Prisca Matlhoma, client liaison, leaves the reception area when she sees me and I was advised she was busy with a client. • I inspected the vehicle to find that the paintwork wasn’t completed to standard. I was then promised that the car would be ready for collection the following day. • 30 Jan I received a call at 08h14 that the car was ready. When I arrived a little after 11h00, the vehicle was not ready • 1 Feb I eventually get my car back, but the engine light was on. I took it to Isuzu for investigation and was told that one of wires were unplugged. I have never received such unprofessional and pathetic service.
A warning to all who think Spore Spot are honest in their dealings!! A big no no to them. I pd for overnight delivery on Weds 19 August for my order to arrive on Friday latest. Well after trying to phone them ..they just put phn down to sending emails and whatsapp they have just ignored all communication . Shocking to read all the bad reviews. Their service stinks. I have asked for refund of my monies as this is theft!! I will be taking this matter further ... which will be to the detriment of Spore Spot!! I will never support them as it's just take your money and deliver zilch. I had previous orders from them which they battled to fulfill on time as usual. You pay for overnight which costs alot and they simply send it a week later. You take me for a ride once not twice!!! Be warned you will regret dealing with unprofessional people who claim to be leaders in market place ...leaders from the back ...yes!!

I agree!!! Appalling unacceptable service!!! My bakkie was broken into on Thursday 4 March 2021 at 5.30pm at Loerie Park in Randpark Ridge. Luckily my son apprehended the 3 males who had all doors open!!! We saw a cable hanging above front left tyre on Monday and guess what thats our tracker that was stolen!! Our bakkie was jammed at drivers handle and not one call from Matrix!! No alarm went off and tracker gone!! I phoned Matrix and they said my tracker was active but was 3 mins away from my home!! I drove to location 3 mins away and found no tracker .....their consultant said they cant pick up EXACT location only APPROXIMATE location and i needed to upgrade my tracker to new one!! What a load of hogwash!!! If a tracker is disconnected surely Matrix would have phoned ....but nothing zilch nada!!! So all the other complaints here i have read ...take heed people!!! I have cancelled with immediate effect with Matrix!! Still waiting for an explanation from Matrix after sending emails re this ordeal!!
