Close the hospital!
Where do I start ! I cannot believe this hospital?? They literally have more security guards than staff ! My dad was referred to this hospital by his GP due to blood test results and was instructed to immediately seek medical attention. From 10am right up until 2am the next morning , the only procedure that was done was an x-ray which took less than 5 minutes. My father has difficultly breathing and was not even given the immediate and urgent attention that he needed. The guards started packing up chairs leaving us , the people who were assisting the patient , standing. Literally for like 5 hours! I walked out with my dad at around 2.10am and took him home only for him to suffer another attack ! But he's now in one of the nicest hospitals and is getting the treatment he needs.

HARRASSMENT!
THESE PEOPLE KEEP CALLING ME FOR A DEBT TAKEN OUT BY AN EX COLLEAGUE OF MINE. I HAVE EVEN STEPPED DOWN TO THE LEVEL OF BEGGING THEM TO REMOVE MY NUMBER OFF THEIR SYSTEM. THEY CLEARLY DONT UNDERSTAND SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS. I ASKED FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER HOWEVER THE LADY THAT CALLED ME WAS RUDE AND UNCOUTH. UNBECOMING OF A CALL CENTRE AGENT. THEY CONTINUOUSLY CALL ME AND EMBARRASS ME AT WORK. I WILL DEFINITELY BE SUEING THEM FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER

Telkom ! The worst !
Telkom never updates payments received. They don't debit my account for months on end then decide to debit everything at once. When it's time to cancel a contract, that too is so hard to do. I don't understand what people there get paid to do ??? Nobody calls back, there's no customer service email address, nothing. How do you run a company with such pathetic service ??? I am most definitely not a happy customer !

EAST LONDON AIRPORT
My fiance was in line for check in this morning at the east London airport. The arrogance from the manager was pathetic. The gates were closed and my Fiance was not allowed access to the plane. It is our anniversary this weekend and now all is gone to ****. The manger is racist and should be taken to higher authorities and this should be addressed accordingly. Pathetic service recieved .

Homechoice Call received this morning
A very rude lady had called me up this morning and screamed that she could not call me back. Theese people don't even answer their WhatsApp messages or emails. There's zero customer service or etiquette. Very rude. Not a happy customer!
