Terrible Service
Avoca Valley Country Lodge in Limpopo Venda Louis Trichadt terrible service, we have been waiting for our refund since December to date they haven't paid us. They want to be called daily for a mere R500! Pathetic!!

Bad service Vunatel
I pay Vumatel 20th of everymonth today it is the 19th and they disconnected my services a day before I pay and their consultant can't even explain the reasons why. Now I understand why people are complaining about their service, terrible to say the least!!!!

Cancelation of my extended Warrenty with MFC
In March I called MFC to cancel my extended warranty. Got confirmation that they will process the cancelation The consult did not advice the steps on how to cancel, they confirmed I should wait 21 working days. After the 21 working days I called to confirm how much is the updated amount, they told me the cancelation was not processed. Nedbank MFC are not competant and don't know what they are doing. In April I got a call from a rude consultant who didn't even tell me her name who wanted to confirm a debit order date, another rude rude lady. OMG MFC you appoint the worst stuff, please train them hey!!! It's either they don't know what they are doing or too arrogant and very rude!!! Now I arrears to pay due to their lack of training!!

Money Withdrawal
I will never encourage any one to join Capital Legacy. I have requested on many occasions to withdraw all money I have paid to them. They ignoring my request. They are very unprofessional just imagine if my family would require help from them. Capital Legacy is the worst I have seen, very good when they want your money!!!! But very also in ignoring your request. Molebogeng and Sabertian bravo for your pathetic service!!!! WATCH OUT FOR CAPITAL LEGACY!!!!
