We contacted the customer care contact details and was asked for various information which we email to their help email address provided on the website on 10/01/2025. I contacted them yesterday, 13/01/2025 and manage to speak to Brandon B who was not very helpful and could not decide if his work email address is for personal or work related issues. I e-mailed the original e-mail with all the relevant information to him and to date he has not bothered to respond or contact me with the reduction of their ridiculous tariffs they charge per unit of electricity. He also had the audacity to tell me that R4.26 is the rate charge by the municipality. NO DUDE - the municipality charge R3.68 including VAT for prepaid electricity on tariff B
This is the worst service provider I ever came across. I have been battling for the last 3 weeks to get fibre reconnected after I cancelled Telkom. Their technicians are arrogant and disrespectful. They cannot give proper instructions to who ever they dispatch to your property. They had to come and pull in a new cable as the existing one was chewed by rats. The last Vumatel tech wanted to come and do this at night when we had load shedding????? Who works in the dark and don't mess up. NEVER EVER USE THEM PLEASE!!! You can speak to a person unless they phone you else you need to sit on whatsapp - this is so unprofessional.
I visited the New Market store this morning to go for the 1kg YUM YUM peanut butter that is advertised in their leaflet for R41.95 per item. Got to the shelve, NO STOCK and the packers tells me the special is over but yet the leaflet shows the "BIG DEAL" is running from Monday 10/07/2023 to Sunday 16/07/2023. And in their small print is says that they will have enough stock. Is this false advertising?????
On 4 July 2022 I addressed an e-mail to Jet's enquiries address provided on their statement pertaining to an adjustment that they did in order to remove MY credit balance from the account. To date I have not received any responses after receiving an auto response e-mail on the same day with the following ""Thank you for your email, our customer service team will respond as soon as possible. "" SOOOOO, more than a month later and to date no response received. Jet you are stealing my money by reversing a credit as a purchase adjustment - SO NOT ON - REALLY!!!!
In March 2021 I submitted 2 claims to Icon Insolvency against Finalmente Global when they decided to steal from innocent people. In May 2022 after following up with the staff of Icon, as we not heard anything from them at all over a year, I was told that the insolvency was now handled by 'n Jaco Venter from PBP Administrators. After sending an e-mail to him, I was notified to go to the website and get all the details from there. The last correspondence on their website is for May 2022 and I am still no closer to know what has happened with my 2 claims and if I will be successful in getting some of my funds back if any - How do these people operate F F S???? Surely anything can be explained in a simple e-mail??? Do PBP even have all the original documentation pertaining to our claims??? How long will this entire process take to finalise???? We are waiting patiently but nothing is happening and these thieves from Finalmente Global is getting away with hard earned money!!!!!
Absa Credit card division seems to have lots of time on their hands by contacting me EVERY SINGLE DAY after I tried numerous times to explain to their consultants that I do not owe them as they could not follow a simple instruction on my budget account about 2 years back. I have a fixed arrangement for R100 per month that I keep to. I don't know how many time I tried to contact their credit card people myself to no avail. This is now beyond harassment - REALLY!!!
Game has decided to change to a new debt collecting company (without any notification to their clients) called MBD - what ever that might stand. They are constantly phoning or smsing you. They are all extremely rude and think that they will force you to do what they demand - SO FKN SORRY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!
