Very unprofessional! I reached out to a few companies for quotes and when i informed Louann Grobler that I have decided to go with another company she decided to be rude and insinuate that the other company is not good. From the reviews about My Debt Hero I am glad I am not signing up with them.
I've been a client of Tracker for many many years. I've always only made use of Tracker. However, Its been a year now of fighting and loosing my temper with this bunch of *********** people!! The unit in my vehicle is faulty, every single time I get into my car, it sends a signal and they call. Each and every time I explain the same thing, over and over and over!! The unit is faulty. Each time they say the same, they will send a request to technical to attend. I have called as well to report it. Nothing gets done. On Friday the 14th of April I get an email due to excessive driver alert signals. I reply again and this time I tell them to come and remove the unit from my vehicle and that I am not paying for a cancellation as I am sick and tired now of this pathetic service! This morning I get a call from the cancellation department wanting to cancel the contract and who doesn't know anything about that is going on!! This is so pathetic and I am beyond frustrated!!
Contacted the Part department over 2 weeks ago to order a part. Was told the part would arrive in 4 days. No call received. Called again only to be told that it will take 7 to 10 days. Still no update and still no part. When you call, it takes for ever for reception to answer. Parts department doesn't answer. Speak to the Customer Relations manager to complain who thinks its a joke and has an attitude. Ask to speak to the Dealer Principal and you get transferred to the Customer Relations Manager. Absolutely disgusted with the POOR SERVICE!!
Placed an order on 17 April 2022. Website says order will be received between 19 and 22 April. Today is 25 April and I have not received my order. No communication from you as to what is going on. Went to 2 of your stores over the weekend as well and no stock of this cat food. Normally only 1 or 1 bags ever in stock. This is really poor. Now you are using the floods as an excuse.
Poor service and no communication! Placed an order online on 7 March 2021, order payment was accepted the following day. Delivery is stated 3 to 5 working days. Sent 2 emails to get an update on my order, no reply! Phoned today, the lady was on leave and now they also don't have stock of my order. This was suppose to be a present for a birthday which is tomorrow, 13 March 2021. So no present to give now. Just pathetic!!
