I cannot view my pension account. Despite the answers provided from their useless help desk. Most pathetic online system.
Don't be fooled with the so called in hospital expenses covered on Core Saver. I have to pay R25,000.00 out of my pocket. Certain in Hospital codes are excluded despite pre-authorization. According to Bankmed Core Saver is not a good plan. So, my advice is stay away from Core Saver Plan.

Today I bought 6 Single beds. I was promised it would be delivered today. No delivery made today.
During April 2024 I received a call from Pick n Pay asking if I would be interested in converting my Smartshopper card into a Credit Card. My Smartshopper card was converted into a Credit Card. Unfortunately the card is declined when presented for payment at a Pick n Pay Store. Reason being wrong pin. I have been trying to rectify the problem but unfortunately Pick n Pay cannot solve the problem. Various reasons are given. The latest reason was that there is a conflict between the Smartshopper card and my TymeBank account.
My Financial Advisor Mr Ernest Lehanie contact number 0825768946 do not respond to my calls or messages. The Financial Advisor last contacted me by visiting me at home on 08 March 2024. I submitted a claim during October 2023. Subsequently The Financial Advisor did not respond. I contacted Info@liberty.co.za and also no response received. My ID # 7002115034083. Policy numbers 5976657640000, 0068901925 are some of my policies. Liberty is only chasing income and does not care about their customers. Liberty is failing their clients.!!!!! When I wanted to cash in my Smartshopper points I was informed by the cashier my points have already been redeemed. I had to phone a contact centre which was not helpful at all. I will not recommend the use of the Smartshopper initiative.
My account number 051803...........552057 reflects a credit of R17.57. I tried to conduct a transaction at the Welkom branch but was told that the account was locked due to no movement the past 6 months. I also noted that the interest rate reflected on my statement is 18.75%. I demand that the interest rate of 18.75% be applied and backdated on my credit balance. Due to the bad experience / bad service offering I demand that my account be closed and the credit due with backdated interest be paid to me.
When contacting the IEC by phone on 0800118000 you are advised that the Election date is 27 October 2021. The time line for registration is also not updated and you are advised on dates which lapsed (End of July and Beginning August). This a clear indication that the IEC officials are incompetent. They are only good to facilitate the ANC when the ANC missed deadlines to register candidates. Another issue is that you are given the option to select languages of preference. When selecting the option for Afrikaans you always end up with an English speaking person. IEC is pathetic.
