This is a business that really took a dip with covid and have been struggling to get back on their feet. We placed an order with them in October 2025, and the service received was so amazing and professional. They followed up with email and telephonically making sure all our needs are met. We then placed a big 2026 Diary order with them beginning November 2025. From placing the order and receiving a free delivery just saying thank you for our order was really amazing. With the delivery of our Diary order the Owner of the business, Dean Louw, came to deliver himself just to meet and greet and say thank you in person. It was the first time I placed an order on Takealot for collection. I placed my order yesterday morning, and it said it might be ready for collection only from Thursday. Just this morning I received an SMS and email confirming my order is READY FOR COLLECTION! Amazing just amazing.
Myself an my colleagues orders 2 calamari gatsby's via Uber Eats for the first time from this place. The delivery guy was very nice however, when we opened the gatsby's it was 2 fish and chips gatsby's with no calamari anywhere. Yhere was no sauce even though we gave specific instruction to add the pink sauce. The gatsby rolls were dry and we searched for their contact number or email address and we cant find it anywhere as there was no slip as well.
@Mr Delivery and @Mc Donalds Durban Road Oakdale just gave our business the most horrible service. Firstly, the driver took out a quarter cup coke zero. I know this is free, however its inclusive in a meal paid for!! Secondly, he gave me soaked bags. The serviettes inside were drenched in coke. The Large chips was less than half full and nothing is laying in the bag. The happy meal has a toy in and not the book as per my order!! with chips that tasted like coke! We were too starved and had to force down burgers and chips that’s drained in coke zero!! I sent a reply to the email confirming our order and received no response! So, people please do not order Mc Donalds from Durban Road Oakdale as the Mr Delivery will deliver your orders wrong and you won't get anything back!!! #WorstServiceEver
Good Day I placed an order online through Mr. Delivery App ORDER NUMBER DFD99060346. The order arrived before the estimated time which I loved, but when opening the KFC bag our food was all squashed in one bag. The two zinger burgers was so dry and had no zinger sauce on. They forgot to add the tomato sachets. They forgot to add the chili salt packets. They forgot to add our 4 cold slaws. They forgot to add the sprinkles for the pops. And with all these missing items our bag was still squashed. I called the store and spoke to the store manger Jonathan, he was so chilled no worries to my complaint and just told me I need to contact Mr. Deliver as they need to lay the complaint to the store. I called and no answer so the lady of Mr. Delivery called me back. She listened to my complaint and told me she cant do anything without pictures and I already packed everything out of the bag as two burgers was outside their boxes loose in the bag. She then told me she will give a refund for just the sachets on the delivery app and thereafter I need to place an order again for the missing items. I then told her its fine I don't want no refund ticket on the app as this is unacceptable service. I had a similar incident with Mc Donald's where they forgot to add chips and cooldrink but I called the store and that was a manager as he sorted the complaint out and he made sure the rest of my order was delivered without any hassles. But this lady from Mr. Delivery and the store manager of Belville KFC named Jonathan. They shouldn't be working with customers as they have absolute no customer service. I wont ever make use of Mr. Delivery or order anything from that Bellville KFC again.
The service from this company is excellent, they always have our company's wellbeing at heart.
