I ordered from Fumo Village restaurant in Hazeldene Pretoria. Frightfully expensive but totally inedible food. I ordered my monthly takeaway treat. Linguine amalfi and a palermo octopus bowl. Looked fantastic on the UBEREATS app. After searching through the heap of sour diced boiled potato cubes I finally found some pieces of boiled bits of tyre substituting for octopus. R105. It went to the dustbin. I tried the linguine. It looked good but totally tasteless and swimming in oil. R315. It went to the dustbin. Total R447. 90 including delivery and tip. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. I'm so sorry sir. I can't help you. Really!!!
Brilliant help. The technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them to anyone having a problem with technology problems. Really appreciate their help and patience with elderly people

Seven boxes in a row of their red blend had the bag in the box the wrong way around. I complained to the winery and was told that they would look into the problem. Later I bought 2 more boxes and when layed down to fit in my fridge the packet inside the boxes leaked out half the wine. This time I was told by the winery not to lay the boxes down and to send them photos of the soggy boxes. The third time was the last straw. I was pouring wine whilst holding the handle as I have always done and the handles came loose on two different boxes breaking the glasses. This time my email was totally ignored.
I bought a 2kg Tastic Basmati rice from Checkers as I have been using it for many years now. However it was stodgy and not nice. I called the consumer line on the package and they asked my details and the batch number and date on the package. Next day I received a voucher to replace the package. That's customer service. 10 out of 10 for Tiger Brands
