TRUWORTHS *****ING CUSTOMERS
TRUWORTHS STAFF are *****ING CUSTOMERS by using VOUCHERS bought at the back end and management is not refunding customers who actually paid for the vouchers - DO NOT BUY TRUWORTHS VOUCHERS - YOU WILL NOT GET IT and TRUWORTHS is not taking laibility.

Truworths STAFF INTERNAL *****. Beware of Truworths - DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS. Staff are using the voucher numbers and Truworths does not help with giving back our monies even though they have internal *****.

DO NOT BUY VOUCHERS from TRUWORTHS. The staff are using the vouchers before customers can use their own gift vouchers. Truworths ***** department does not do anything about it - you will just loose our your money.

NEW ***** BY TRUWORTHS INTERNAL STAFF - BEWARE WHEN BUYING GIFT CARDS
Please be aware when buying Truworths gift card vouchers. NEW ****MING by Truworths STAFF members who are using the gift card numbers before customers or recipeints of vouchers use it. I bought a gift card for my cousin for R1000 - she did not use it for 4 months and when she tried they told her that card was used already - WOW - she had the card the entire time and was told it was used at ALEX MALL. NEW TYPE OF INTERNAL ***** by Truworths internal staff members who are the only ones with access to these gift cards....

False advertising by Suburban Lodge BEWARE!!!!
We booked and paid 5000 which we were not refunded yet from Suburban Lodge Cape Town. Pictures are totally deceiving n the lodge is terrible. Beware of this place n false advertising. What they selling n what’s there is totally different. We were stranded n had to look for alternative accommodation after seeing this place. What a nightmare. No one called regarding our refund either. Don’t book here

Terrible Service at Macdonald’s N1 city
The lady taking orders at N1 city McDonald’s was absolutely rude. No training no customer service. Lied to us. Was too busy talking to her friends n did not concentrate on doing her damn job. Is it so hard to just take orders. Terrible service !!!!!

What is going on at Std Bank insurance? Could Mahommed Khan or Gereldine Govender please call me - an actual person.......You guys do not even call a customer even after complaints come through ?????????????? I got a mail and that was it - NOTHING ELSE - CASE CLOSED....How does that work ?
