I went last week for sushi in Kirstenhof for the R209 lunch offering (eat all you want.) The menue is impressive, the suchi is fresh and well presented. They do not have an alchohol licence but offer an array of non alchoholic beverages. Im sure they will do well
We attend the Steenberg Virgin Active Gym. The facility is clean, the equiplent is always working the cloakrooms are functional and neat. A great experiance all the time.
We went there for a wedding. The venue is fantastic, the accomodation is rustic as mentioned. But rustic is a fine line between things been old and things been delelected and not working properly. It was a one nighter so theses issues did not bother us.
Ths December a UK holimaker arrived at one of my properties saying they hade book our house via VRBO for 5 days. This beeing a popular holiday booking portal in the UK. We denied that we had placed an ad, but unfortunately the clients were left stranded only to find a nothe holiday booking onthe 30 December 2026. (clients were refunded) Sure the property was there and listed on their portal using our information names and photos. I immediately lodges a complaint via their website only for for their email bot to tell me their listing was in order. I did this twice. One is not able to contact a human or deal with the issue. The company is protecting and sheilding a ****mer. Holidaymaker please be aware.
STAY AWAY- They may have 30 years experiance however they have ****py business skills less than useless customer service and dont deserve to be in business. My Internett has been down for 30 days. New tickets are created weekly. One cannot speak to a supervisor, one cant speak to any Technition nor do they give any feedback. They promise a 48 hour turn around to fix the problem, but gladly take your money every monthconsideing I cant use or conduct my business on line.
Bad service- after getting a fault code and sitting with the internett been down for 96 hours - there is noone you can speck to or help you other than their Bot and an agent on the other side who can only run you through some on/of router routines. After spending an hour twice a day each time they can only give you feedback saying a technition is sorting out the problem.
Firstly, I must honestly say that Vodacom customer service is up to ****. In December, I was contacted by rewards and sold a PC laptop with internet remote router and sim. Since the purchase my PC (a Mercer Guru) has being in twice for repair. In late February I was instructed in late Feb by Vodacom, that a courier company would pick up the whole consignment and Vodacom Rewards would give me a full credit. In March I saw I was still billed for the PC on my Vodacom account. Once again on follow up Vodacom, who had no idea to the whereabouts of my PC. It took me 2 hours to track my PC to Vodacom Rewards in Midrand and another 2 hours to try get this sorted between Vodacom customer service and Vodacom Rewards. Too my surprise my PC was delivered back to my address on the 23 March, with no router or sim card. Since then it has take me a month of calls, false promises, false reference numbers, no supervisor who was meant to call me, no follow up NOTHING until I have to call and follow up again on the matter. I have been paying for now 4 months for a service I have not had the pleasure to use. Yes, finally the PC seems to be working but I do not have the router or sim-card allowing internet connectivity. Again today the 20th April Im at it again and as I speak I have been on the phone for 55.29 minutes and seem to be getting nowhere.
