I was ****med money from a so called professional that got my information from Bark.com after I requested for a service on their website. They exposed my numbers to ****mers
I had arrears of 18000 and one of the Nedbank employees called me and advised that if I settle the areas I will qualify for 30% discount and the settlement letter will be issued. I did that and she even called me back to advise me that they see the money was deducted as agreed and the settlement letter will be sent to my email. After a week or 2 i recieved a call from Nedbank again asking me when am I willing to settle the balance and she advised that there is no way one of them can call and offer a discount and even follow up with a call to say thank you for making a payment. Yo my surprise, all of them call with cellphone numbers and not landline. So I was *****ulently debited.
I have a loan that I am supposed to be finishing this year, last year from the month of July I was debited twice and 3 times for 3 to 4 consecutive months. I tried to call and ask for help, no one helped, my details were taken and I was advised that the matter will be looked into with no luck to date.
Did not pay me back my excess amount of R4600 for over 2 years now.
Received help with reducing my premium. Got a discount of R119.
