The Agent that I've dealt with these past weeks is Revaldo Slater. A real pleasure to know him and the way he was dealing with a new customer. He answered all my questions patiently and did not mind calling me back again and again when I was the busy one - he did not give up and it was my pleasure in dealing with Dotsure for the second time in 2 years. Keep it up Revaldo and Dotsure!
Have been with them in the past and been very happy with them. Via my Employer got a premium at another Insurare which OutSurance couldn't match at the time and now am going back to them with the same vehicle they've insured for me between 2010 and 2015 - now a 15 year old vehicle and ambulance extremely happy and excited to continue our relationship, and adding several other commodities. They have saved me (a retiree) R540 per month with the same comprehensive cover and with no excesses payable! Happy customer!
They not only go out of their way to make repairs or do a service, but they also warn you of possible problem areas. They make suggestions that are easy to accomplish and explain everything they do. They do not overcharge and just put a smile on the faces of their customers.
I have tried to get into contact with them via w-app, sms, e-mail to the CEO and by asking them on their website to contact me - all to no response. I then returned my monthly debit order and halleluja - someone from their finance department contacted me to say I cannot do that as I’ve entered into a 36-month contract expiring in October 2022. I then gave my e-mail address and asked for a mail to be send to me so that I can then cancel this contract wit a month’s notice in September. That was almost a month ago and no e-mail yet. I would want them to contact me so that I can pay the outstanding 2 months and get rid of them. I also want them to take out their device from my vehicle as I’ll be moving onto another tracking company. Can you please help me?
Centurion branch in Kersieboom Crescent - always friendly and professional! Had an inspection done for insurance and they repaired 2 windscreen chips- all in under an hour. Nothing is too big a problem to be solved!
Sunday spit braai lunch - fried lamb, chicken and pork, rice, baked potatoes, pumpkin fritters and green beans - soul food to die for, combined with friendly and professional staff and security personnel. Keep on going guys!
Never in my 66 years have I ever found a more competent team on any government site. Friendly, professional and secure. The waiting period outside the building is safe and short. Fast moving from registering via your ID document once inside, then to the photo booth where your finger prints are taken by a highly knowledgeable individual, onto registering your personal information and then paying for your passport renewal whilst the new ID card is free for the elderly. Since I entered their premises it took just over 2 hours. Clean, excellent COVID control and no chaos anywhere. Well done to the best managed team - I’ll be referring everyone I know to you guys and girls!
