They not only go out of their way to make repairs or do a service, but they also warn you of possible problem areas
They not only go out of their way to make repairs or do a service, but they also warn you of possible problem areas. They make suggestions that are easy to accomplish and explain everything they do. They do not overcharge and just put a smile on the faces of their customers.

They locked my car in the repairs and left me with no car
Took in my car in for an oil leak. I approved the quote and they said it should be done by 12. At half 12 I decided to call them because they hadn’t called me that the car was ready and this is what they usually do when I take my car there for service. They left and I don’t have my car. They locked it in their shop and will be back on Monday. I don’t have my house keys and have to be at work on Monday morning. So basically my car is ****** because they did not inform me whether it was done and that I should pick it up. Im so shocked because what is this??!! Since when they don’t call clients when a car is ready.

SERVICE CENTRE THAT SHINES ABOVE THE REST IN CENTURION
After experiencing numerous problem with my vehicle at various dealers/service centres, I decided to try Carnetics (they are very close to home) in desperation. Their service is superb. I was called and informed of all the issues and how much it would cost BEFORE they started repairs. I am so impressed and they also appear very trustworthy. They have been in the business for over 20 years. I will certainly recommend Carnetics.

Awesome Service

All sorted at Carnetics
I took my Corsa bakkie in this morning for cv joint. Chris assisted me, the car when on the lift. Chris and his very very competent team explained in detail what they will be doing and showed some other issues to me as well. Things that was missed by 3 other shops I went to. When I left my CV joint, ball joints and a left pulling vehicle is no more, driving straight as a arrow. I inquired about my internal fan that was not working and got a qoute for R5000.00 at another place I had stopped. Needless to say the fan is working within an hour total saving on repairing the internal fan more than R4000.00 . Thank you Chris and team for the great job and fair pricing.

Want to congratulate them not saying parts need to be replaced just to start making profit. They have done all the investigations without any charge while giving a lift to Gautrein station and back. Car was fine expect the light till the day I sold it.
