After being promised my online order word eventually be delivered it was not, I was promised a refund, that never happened. Really and truly a bad experience with game, will not be using them again
Horrible experience, after ordering online a month ago my items have not been delivered, first it was the wrong items and then just nothing, now I'm not even getting the refund I was promised. Truly and utterly shameless theft, I have warned them and will be opening a case of theft at the police station
Ordered online and immediately got excuses, after complaining and waiting again the wrong items were delivered to me, after complaining again I have received an update saying my order couldn't be delivered, NO ONE EVEN TRIED TO DELIVER IT! What is going on here, is this some sort of new scam?
Shockingly horrible service, I have signed up as a new client and indicated that I do have an existing fibre line in the house. They told me it would take 5 business days to reconnect/activate the fibre. 3 Weeks later it is not activated and I have not received my router, I have followed up constantly with no real progress. This is pathetic, really regretting signing up with them
Telkom Telemarketer spam calls (Robocaller) constantly from 0876549880
Telkom contract suddenly changed.....how is this even legal, changing a contract which was signed for 2 years without even notifying the anyone, no amendments were signed for. Will never use telkom mobile again
Very good service! Had my car serviced for brake pads and discs with good service and a call when it was done. Really impressed, much better than Autozone
Seriously some telkom level of incompetence at this company. I have bought prepaid electricity on the 22/09/2019 which is still not loaded onto my smart meter because of PROTEA Metering's incompetence. as requested I have sent them my proof of payment and followed up on my "Escalated" complaint which incidentally has not been attended to yet as of 16/10/2019. Frustration is high and next steps are opening a case of theft at the police station
