Don't trust this company
Don't trust them their service is poor ,They are ******** and promise to call you back and don't.They cheat you on your billing.I paid my rain last week now they tell me that I owe them money and switched off my internet.What the F####. They don't care even if you have proof that you paid.Stay as far away as possible.Everytime there is loadshedding your internet drops anyway.

Always offline!!! Worst bank ever
Capitec suck an always offline.worst bank ever. Off from early the morning and still offline @20:33pm. So we as clients dont have control over our money because couldn't do nothing.not even a payment!!!! Thanks for ruining my day Capitec

Your money in your account isn't safe
Your money isn't safe because twice in one month transactions with my card at McDonald's and Total went through twice.its theft and when you go to the bank they can't help you with it.Worst bank ever and always offline

Capitec worst bank ever
About one month ago I made a withdrawal from a ATM in Movani Centurion and the atm only gave me half the amount i withdrawn.went to Capitec bank and open a investigation on the atm.Capitec told me I would be contacted within 48 hours.Its been a month!!!!! And still nothing!!!!no call or anything.Capitec a useless bank.probably allready spend my money on KFC Andre 0763590844

I've been using the Hollywood bets platform for more than 2 years and what came to my attention is nothing else than a platform that slowly but surely steels from you.The Betgames is a virtual game where you can play a wheel place bets on numbers almost like roulette.multiple times while betting a error occurs where you lose your money.When I took screenshots and send it to them to query , it's never hollywoodbets fault alwyas the third party overseas fault or mine.Now I tried the new horse racing virtual games and I had wins that wasn't paid out? How does that work.put in a query and they just don't care.The only thing they care about is making money.Dear Hollywood's I will do everything in my power directing this to the gambling board,the media and onbudsman

Not really there to help!!!
I took a loan with boodle Oct 19 .Payed back the loan on time and at the agreement date.Then I tried to reapply again for another loan and they told me that my application is declined, without reason or anyone trying to really help me.They told me management will call me but up to date no one has contacted me.

Bank charges!!Fnb only helping themselves
As a bussines owner my bank charges reached over R900 in one month and personal over R2000 in 2 months wich is a rip off.non fnb atm charges contibute to that.for the last two weeks went to fnb atm's that arent working so I have to withdraw at absa wich is always working.this is unexceptable!!!!!!!!!
