If you want to know frustration, sign-up with this company. Constantly offline internet, zero accountability, they barely answer calls. Just don't do it.
They will not fix your issue, but instead regurgitate the same scripted line just to further frustrate you. Had to ask to speak to a supervisor called Sindy who was condescending and would not even attempt to assist and repeated the same line over and over.
Took in my car in for an oil leak. I approved the quote and they said it should be done by 12. At half 12 I decided to call them because they hadn’t called me that the car was ready and this is what they usually do when I take my car there for service. They left and I don’t have my car. They locked it in their shop and will be back on Monday. I don’t have my house keys and have to be at work on Monday morning. So basically my car is ****** because they did not inform me whether it was done and that I should pick it up. Im so shocked because what is this??!! Since when they don’t call clients when a car is ready.
Woke up to no internet connection once again. I have to call them so often about issues that I even know how to troubleshoot technical issues without their help. Their turn around time for assistance is always more than the 24 hours they promise. I have two devices connected to the router on a 10mb/s line but watching Netflix is always a nightmare because of the buffering. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up. At this point, I'm willing to cancel and cut my losses. I've had enough.
I have had no internet connection since Monday. I was informed that many other clients had the same issue which I understood. Since Monday I had no connection, I am unable to connect to work. I have spoken to about 5 different people and still no resolution. They close my calls and say they are resolved when I still have an issue. I spoke to Sanelisiwe this morning, who hung up in my ear after asking that she connect me with a manager. Been waiting for a manager to contact me for 2 days now. I have resorted to canceling instead. I think it's the blatant lies that make me the most frustrated about Supersonic. They will assure you that someone will be in contact and no one does at all.
I have not had connection all day today. I have logged a call to Support on the Dashboard but I still have not had connection all day. I have rebooted my device, checked my APN details and all is in order.I have not received feedback from anybody.
I'd like to thank Ntokozo Mjokane for assisting my mother with a refund when she had a problem getting a tow truck for her broken down car. After I complained that she was not helped, he called and apologized and made sure that she is refunded the amount she used to pay for a tow truck herself. He also called my mother and apologized for the inconvenience caused. Much appreciated :)
MiWay gave the wrong information to my 63 year old mother. Her car broke down, and when she called for assistance for a breakdown vehicle, she was told she had not paid!!! How when it was supposed to go off via debit order. She had to source out her own breakdown vehicle and paid for it cash. When she followed up as to why the debit order never went off as per her contract with MiWay, it was found that the debit did go off, and was entitled to a breakdown vehicle. So basically, she paid for a service, but MiWay decided they will not help any way. I'm upset because you have taken advantage of an elderly woman because you felt she could not defend herself. Please rectify this error MiWay. She deserves a better service.
Anyone looking for peace of mind when renting (especially in the city) should just rent with these guys. Clean, safe, and contrary to popular belief, provided you adhere to the contract that you signed, you will receive your full deposit... with interest :) Most of the staff is very friendly as well.
