We have been struggling with our vehicle for 2 YEARS NOW at Volkswagen Middelburg Mpu. Parts that are installed are faulty Volkswagen parts and keep on failing. The part has been replaced 3 times already. We have spent close to R50 000 and still receive a vehicle which is faulty. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. All effort we receive from the manager is a "we will have to check again". This is really a disgrace towards Volkswagen

MTN Middelburg Mall Mpumalanga Rude, Disrespectful and Lazy. 1 guy (nathi) was willing to assist me with an upgrade while his fellow lady employees were plucking their eyebrows and being as disrespectful as possible. Wanted to upgrade and my fingerprints struggled, the ladies words "no fingerprints equils nothing you can go". I then informed her that this isn't very customer friendly... "jaa neh" she replied. How unbelievably uneducated and small minded must you be to treat a customer like this? MTN, please know that due to HER, you lost a customer. And I'll spread the word
So get this. I cancel my subscription woth beame on the 16th OF APRIL 2022. I sold my car AND the device is not active anymore even. I get NO RESPONSE. I keep emailing different accounts and phone different numbers, I GET NO RESPONSE. BUT they keep deducting money. NOW 2 MONTHS LATER THEY PHONE ME AND TELL ME I OWE X AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!!!! OR THEY WILL HAND ME OVER TO THE CREDIT Bureaus!!!! So THEY DON'T ANSWER AN EMAIL OR A PHONE FOR 2 MONTHS BUT I am the wrong one and I owe money for an inactive device in a car who is no longer mine. Which I informed them of 2 MONTHS AGO????!!!!!!!
Many words describe takealot and its employees. USELESS, RUDE, INCOMPETENT, LAZY and the list goes on. Never helpful and forever blaming the "system" for not being able to help us customers. But please takealot tell us again how "customer satisfaction is a priority" because so far you have dissatisfied almost all of South-Africa.
