I’ve been without fibre connection for over 2 days. I’ve been calling them with no communication from them. They’re very quick to take your money but will give you the worst service ever. All they’re advisors give you different information call after call, you’d swear they were not trained by the same company.
I got fibre with Vodacom. Everything was fine until Thursday the 6th at 8am when my internet stopped working. I’ve been calling them everyday since. 10 calls a day and still no internet. They keep saying the issue has been escalated and that someone will be in contact with me but no one has called me since. At some point and an advisor called Jadian Stigling called me crazy on a recorded line. One advisor called Monde who is supposed in second line whatever promised to call on Friday, zero communication since. A supervisor called Dino Lebron promised to call but never called. I keep running after him via emails and he replies when it suits him. I work from home and they are very inconsiderate because I am close to losing my job because of them
Signed up for a service plan in February 2019 with standard bank for my car. Called a year later to cancel my contract and get a refund as per the contract agreement. It’s now 2021 and I still haven’t received a cent, let alone any communication. Worst company ever. I’m definitely going to the ombudsman.
