I have 'cancelled' my account 3 times. I have had multiple phone calls with Virgin Active cancelling my account which they confirm has been completed and yet it's still coming off my account every month. They overcharged me on my original contract and have still not fixed it!!! Absolute *******!!!!! There is no customer support and absolutely USELESS people working for this company.
Great client service. Deliveries have always been on time and handled well. Haven't had a bad experience yet :)
Ordered and paid for an overnight delivery. Still has not been received after 10 DAYS!! Agents ignoring my calls. No feedback. This services is SHOCKING!
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Booked a call out - was told there would be a max 48hour turnaround. It's been over a month. Think I can get hold of them? ha. Will NEVER be using this company again.

Bosch South Africa is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in my life!! Our stove top stopped working and we logged a call out on 17/Feb and the technicians told us every day for 3 weeks that they were coming. Once they FINALLY arrived they spent 2 seconds in the kitchen and said they need to quote us for a part. We then received an invoice for a call out fee of R650 and 2 different answers for what is wrong with the stove. A call out fee when NOTHING was fixed!!!!! It has been over a month without being able to cook and we CANNOT get hold of the technicians or find out WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE STOVE and when they will be able to come and fix it!! They are not willing to come and fix it until we pay the call out fee!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!
What an incredible brand! The customer service and quality of the product is phenomenal! I would highly recommend this collagen and company to everyone :)
The service is absolutely shocking! My WIFI cut out randomly and has not been working for the past 10 days even after calling 6 times and having to speak to a different person every single time to explain the same issue!! I am honestly baffled at this "service provider". UP YOUR GAME!!
